After 3 days of non stop work i needed some comfort food so i figured i would try the duck here!! IT WAS SO GOOD!!! The skin was still crispy. The duck wasnt overly salty. The meat was tender. It was delicious!! I ordered the duck bento box. It came with two rows of meat, rice, veg and half an egg. I would eat here again. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and spacious. It was nice and quiet too. Thought wad actually put into the decor and it wasnt your usual mish mash of chairs and tables. I would eat here again. My ONLY tiny complaint was that the rice wasnt as soft. But i still ate it all.

Love it, ordered more than 10 times in 5 months from DoorDash but you guys really need to be consistent. Sometimes there is no egg, sometimes there is no sausages. I always order roasted duck with rice. One time, the rice was not even cooked properly at all. Anyway 10/10 for the taste.

I made the mistake of coming here on a Wednesday and not checking their hours of operation. I walked up to the restaurant to find it closed. I returned a few days later to purchase some bbq pork to bring home to add to my noodle dish. I have been here a few times in the past, and luckily, then, I had shown up on the days they were open. The soya chicken is tasty and a good price, the bbq pork with honey: the honey sauce is a nice touch, but the pork, each time I have purchased, just doesn’t taste freshly made that day. The price is the average running price for a container of bbq $15.99. It is rather disappointing in taste. The bbq char could be more, could be more flavourful, even a touch saltier. It lacks the glistening lacquered finish of your typical Chinese bbq pork. There is some dim sum items for $5.99, which I don’t believe they claim making in-house. It is hard to find Chinese bbq in this area and really wish they could work on the freshness of their items. Not a fan of seeing food from a restaurant warmed up in a microwave. Customer service is good. Paid street parking only.

They current have a promotion to get soy sauce chicken leg with rice for $9.99. And I think for the area, that price for a tasty, filling lunch is quite reasonable. I don't usually like soy sauce chicken but I decided to have it anyway to try it out. The meat was tender, and tasty with the perfect amount of sweetness for me. You also get a 5% discount paying with cash. I would say the service was fine. It was prompt. Glad to try it out and I hope to try some of their other stuff!

Compare the busy neighbor store, there is no ppl there. This place used to be good when just open. Can't wait for the other store's long lineups, I went this one. Got a two type combo (bbq duck and bbq pork) take out. Paid cash got 5% off. The bbq duck is the neck part, mostly bones... not my favourite. Although the flavour is not bad.

Came on a Saturday night, around 7pm. Would probably give the place a 3.5 if I could. Just want to share my general thoughts: Pros - looks like a nice family-run place. Portion size is quite generous, and the value is pretty good. Food also tastes pretty good too. The girl working at the restaurant is very nice and provides very good service, and there's a good amount of seating. Cons - a couple things I noticed that I have to mention. The first being that the char siu was just sitting on a tray in the open air, with flies flying around it. They also seem to nuke every dish in the microwave prior to serving it. This is the first time I've seen that at a Chinese BBQ place. All in all, a nice local spot that I want to support because the people running it seem like nice people, but i would like to see it address some of these issues.

Absolutely delicious. I don't know why I've been hesitating to give Won Kee a try, but recently I dropped by to get a BBQ pork with rice and it was amazing. The pork had a caramelized crust, the meat was extremely tender and the flavour permeated through every slice. Very full bodied flavours and no off-putting porky flavour that you sometimes get with some other Chinese BBQ joints. Came back two days later to get more takeout and it was just as good (BBQ Pork & Soy Sauce Chicken Leg). Didn't get a chance to take a picture since the family gobbled it up before I had the chance to.

It’s a decent Chinese bbq place, in terms of the food quality I tried. Seating wise, it’s an ok decor. Nothing outstanding in terms of vibe or decor. The food is great. We tried the bbq goose and the skin is crunchy and soft inside as advertised. I liked it. Do reminded me the bbq goose I had in HK. I would give it a 5 stars but it cost $40 for half bbq goose. So minus a star for the price . But it’s worth it in my opinion and will go again… A note to share… according to owner from chatting while buying, the bbq product comes out around 11am, he say that’s the yummiest time to buy… too early for me to eat bbq though unfortunately… lol.. but for those who don’t mind, maybe try and see if it is better … 😉
