Thank you for ruining New Year’s Eve dinner! Ordered at 4pm— said it would arrive by 7:30– it is now 9 and you are closed and haven’t answered your phone since 8!! Loyal customers will never order again! Very disrespectful and should have had the decency to call to say we wouldn’t have food! We have 4 children as well!

We just bought food from here. It was really bad! The onions, capsicum were spoilt. Chicken over cooked The food here is not fresh. Not appetizing. Posting one of the unappetizing things we ordered

Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from here. The food was lack luster and your delivery driver shouldn't be shaming your customers for what they tip. Especially because your restaurant has an $30 Order Minimum, to ensure a delivery trip is worthwhile. Otherwise why would people not just use Uber Eats instead? Your business is lucky to still have customers who are willing to spend their money here, especially given how many options there are now.

I've been coming here for more than 10 years on and off and I think this will be my last. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes then gave up. Each time I tried calling back, I got a busy tone, but eventually got through. When I went to pick up there were leaves all over the ground making the place look messy. They were pushy with paying with cash but I had none on me, only debit. I was a bit taken aback by them using the square app for debit/credit purchases as this is not something I'd expect from an in-store type business like this. I'm also uncomfortable with some teenage girl using her phone to process my banking information. Of course there were problems with this app. After a few attempts failed, i then had to leave, go to a bank and withdraw cash in order to pay. The food was subpar as well. Spring Rolls were small and tasted cheap. Crispy butterfly shrimp were rock hard. General Tso chicken were also hard and the sauce tasted a bit off. I asked for beef with broccoli and got beef with veggies. They should change the name to "veggies with beef" instead as the beef was not the main part of the dish. They raise their prices and lower the quality. I can see I'm not the only one with the same opinion as their ratings have dropped significantly. This is a real shame as this place was once a little gem. I get that times are rough, but lowering your service and food quality isn't a good method to save a few bucks. I will be going elsewhere for Chinese from now on.

Very very dirty restaurant. The plants leaves have gathered 1inch dust. Leaves fallen on floor not swept. The tables and chairs filthy. Someone should report them to public health!!! Imagine how dirty their kitchen is!!!! Whoever is the owner needs to clean up! They also have mold on their ceiling!!!

Not worth your money. Ordered teriyaki, and the glace is so much it’s basically syrup chicken. Never had a teriyaki that bad, with no teriyaki taste. And I went after 3, so it’s a few bucks more. Worst place to eat in. I’d rather go to Mr sub next door.

Good Chinese spot. I come here often for their lunch combos. Decent price and it comes with a drink. Noodles are excellent and wings are 👌.

***Update July 22nd 2021*** I am back for more of their lunch specials. I ordered my favs Combo #1 and Combo #5. Like I said before, these lunch combos are the gems. They are always tasty and well worth the price. The service has always been friendly and helpful. Thumbs up all the way here. ======================================================== I was at this mall yesterday for curb side pick up at the Canadian Tire. As a preface, I have been to this mall many times. But I am usually at the other end of the mall where the Shoppers is, and I have frequented Cobs Bread, Pho 99 or 89 ( I can never remember really ), Dolled up Cupcakes and Turtle Jacks. But yesterday, while I was waiting at Canadian Tire. I noticed " I heart Boba", which is a very good bubble tea place. Then I started looking around this end of the mall....and I realized that there is a Chinese/Canadian restaurant next to the KFC. Wait a minute here.... I have been to that KFC ages ago, and maybe I just never noticed. So I decided to give it try as I was in the mood for some Chinese/Canadian food. And because so few of them are any good, I was skeptical indeed. The place looked dated, but it is no big deal as long as the food is good right? It looked promising when I went in for my take out and the owner was talking with two regular customers. I ordered two lunch combos which includes a pop/water. In terms of value, this is the best deal in town at around $8.00 + taxes each. The lunch combos do end at 3:00PM. The portion was delightfully generous. And the food and the sauce tasted fresh and flavourful. I will definitely return to try their other items. I do like to support local mom & pop businesses vs. the National Chain brands.
