I ordered a birthday day dinner for my wife and I, two kung pao chickens. We open the boxes only to find one of them has nice proper long strips of chicken in a decent quantity, making for a well-balanced, proper meal. The other one on the other hand came with these tiny scrap looking pieces of chicken and little quantity, making for a super low in protein meal, for a dish highlighted by its chicken. Probably had the equivalent of half a drumstick worth of chicken in the whole meal. Absolutely ridiculous. I called the restaurant the next day with video and picture evidence, and politely explained what had happened, knowing it could've been an innocent mistake, and the manager said they would review the situation. They then email me later on saying that they checked their camera footage, and concluded that their employees did nothing wrong and that they weren't going to do anything about it. So, answered back and sent the video and pictures, and wrote a tactful and sincere reply, and the extent of what they offered is a 10% credit for next time... not even enough to cover the tax. The way they take their customers for idiots, and do not have any remorse for their errors, or care for customer satisfaction is baffling. Even McDonald's has better customer service than that! I would 100% not recommend to anybody. Side note, the food itself is nothing to special in the slightest either. Not worth it at all. What you see in the photo is exactly every piece in the whole dish... not enough protein for anybody, not even my grandma.

This is a message for management. It has nothing to do with the employee that was working there. They were very kind, considerate and did they best they could. It took myself and my cousins one hour to get three noodle dishes; that is an exorbitant amount of time. There was only one worker for both the cooking and the till. I understand that today was a holiday (Thanksgiving) but there should have been at least two people working: one to cook and one doing customer service. Managers: do better for your employees.

The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, always available to assist with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging a spa appointment or providing recommendations for local attractions, their professionalism made my stay smooth and enjoyable.

I get Uber eats so I can't really comment on service and atmosphere , but I got an Uber BOGO of Goyza ( dumplings ) they were delicious , and I will definately try a few more different dishes from Work Box.

The best Asian food I every tried in my life!! The interior is so cozy you can do a date night!!! Portions are huge. Love love flavours of their Singapour Cashew noodle box!!!

Chow mein noodles were super dry and tasteless, no flavor at all. Fry rice was sticky, didn't taste, looked like real fry rice, or didn't look like the menu picture. The environment is very loud due to very noisy air conditioning vents and fans from the kitchen. Poutines are good.

I took advantage of the awesome Wokstar Tuesdays deal! I hauled a Sumo Dan Dan with rice before hitting a movie, awesome experience! Solid flavor, yummy seasoning.. I wish it had a bit more spice if possible would be awesome but nonetheless great. This joint is absolutely bustling, incredibly busy and quite rightly. It's a really comfortable, clean and cosy atmosphere to grub in a fantastic location. A tasty, laid back and minimal fuss pan Asian fusion dinner at reasonable fare. I also suggest you signup to their app for great daily deals that rotate. I was also super surprised at they offer not only one, but two vegan options. The vegan chick'n and tofu are next level, I just wish there was more of it! Support Canadian businesses!! Also a huge sucker for their artwork, totally dig it's rad.
