WingsUp! Toronto - High Park

Last Sunday at around 2 to 3pm, I went to WingsUp for their weekly sandwich combo. I’ve always been a loyal customer because of their quick service and high-quality food, but this visit left me deeply disappointed. When I arrived, there were only a few other customers enjoying their meals, and just one waiter was on duty. After I placed my order and waited for about 10 minutes, I noticed that instead of preparing food, the waiter started walking around the restaurant asking each customer to scan a QR code to rate their experience. She lingered behind each customer, waiting until they finished rating before moving on to the next table. This continued for another 10 minutes before she finally went back to the kitchen to start cooking. Another staff member eventually joined her, but instead of helping with the orders, she took a phone call in the kitchen. Because of these delays, my food took much longer to arrive, and I ended up being late for a prior commitment. While the food quality met its usual high standard, the atmosphere felt tense, and it was clear other customers were uncomfortable with the intrusive rating requests. I’m disappointed in this experience and hope they’ll address these issues to improve future visits.

This place has some of the best wings, hands down. Open until 4am each night, do you can grab a midnight snack/meal.

I loved the wings. As crispy as I liked. The amount was as expected. Good variety of sauce. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars eas the garlic bread. It was completely different than the picture inthe menue and the bread was pretty thick. Someone else might like it but not what I was expecting. The staff were super friendly and patience with us as well.

Food was really very fresh especially their wings 😋 I appreciate their customer service. I will definitely recommend everyone to visit this place atleast for once. They have variety of appetizers I liked jalapeno poppers with marinara.

We went here to have dinner after our day at the park. We ate at their tables outside and the ambience was so nice. The wings are delicious!!! I also love the potato wedges. And the staff are super nice. I highly recommend this place.

The wings here are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I tried their new Irish Stout BBQ with a taste of guinnes sauce which was smokey, sweet & tangy. Everything a great BBQ sauce should be! The wings are huge and fresh, never frozen and I could truly taste it as they were just so juicy & succulent! Also their their jalapeño poppers were cheesy with a kick and the perfect complement to the wings! The memphis sandwich was delicious..I tried the Texas Tequila sauce and it was bold, sweet & tangy with the coleslaw adding that perfect crunch and freshness to the sandwich. So yummy! I'm hungry all over as I write this review.....so so GOOD!! And i gotta add...the customer service is so kind, caring and thoughtful and the venue was impeccably clean which is a must for me! I can't wait to come back for more!💕

I wanted to like this place. The girl working was super nice. You can tell she works alone and doing everything she can. Good job! I just found the food okay. Portions are super small. Sorry, just OK from me.
