Delicious wings, lovely brand image and great sauces. The Cajun Fries are good and so are the habanero flavors. However, they don't really taste like habanero at all, simply just a spicy sauce.

We did a pick up order so I can't really speak to the service and atmosphere but the staff and restaurant seemed nice and clean. We got the family combo - 30 wings, large fries, carrot/celery with 3 types of dips. For the wings, we tried lemon pepper, hot, and plain. Since I signed up for their emails, I also got 5 free wings so we decided to try the garlic parm. I love that the wings came with a side of veggies, it really cuts the heaviness of the wings and fries and the dipping sauces were good. Their seasoned fries were also good so for that, I gave them 2 stars for food. Now for the wings... these were the worst wings we've ever had. As soon as we opened them we could see how insanely dry and overcooked they were. And when I say they were dry, they were straight up inedible. We got the plain for our kids and they couldn't bite into it and so we had to try and peel whatever pieces of chicken we could off the wings. We thought the hot wings would be ok since they were saucy, but nope. Nothing could help those wings. It also didn't help that 90% of the wings were drumsticks do that top fat part is already kind of tough. Out of 30 wings, we ate about half and "ate" is being generous. We hate to waste food but it's just not enjoyable or edible at all and that hurts because buying wings is not cheap, and eating out for us is a luxury. Will not be returning because we just don't want to risk wasting money again.

Great service. They mostly have spicy sauce options so if you don’t like spicy, it may be hard to find a flavour you like. The Cajun corn and cheese fries were good. I don’t like ranch, but their ranch is the best I’ve had! Lots of seating. We paid around 43$ for our meal

I thought that because they have many locations, it's going to be a good experience but no. I ordered the family pack ($50,for 24 wings and fries 🫠) but the thing is that the wings are so dry and so hard to chew, that you know that they were frozen before ordering them. You can even smell that when you finish the meet and you smell the bone, it feels like have been in thr frozen for really a while. I love wings (not hot flavours) and have been hard to find a good place to eat. Regarding the service was average, like if it were a fastfood restaurant which is not the case because took 30min to have my food and the atmosphere is not good, maybe that's why almost no one do dine in, I saw many delivery drivers and people taking orders to go.

My daughter had heard good things and wanted to try. Mango habanero wings were spicy! Got the family meal. Good amount of food for 3 people. Atmosphere is lacking and washrooms not clean.

Place is super clean and the girl who attended us was very nice! She even gave us a bonus brownie + extra bonless chicken pieces in our order. Will probably get the tenders next time since I prefer more chicken 🐔

The food was good. I got the boneless wings and tried the garlic parm, lemon pepper, and original hot. I also got the voodoo fries and Cajun corn. The fries were good but I love that they offer corn on their menu! I went on a the Monday long weekend so it wasn’t too busy. I had ordered ahead online for pick up. There was 1 cashier helping customers, 1 person helping give out the orders, and about 6 others huddled around their fridge. I went up to the pickup counter since my order was ready but no one greeted me. I attempted to make eye contact but no one did. Finally I was greeted and given my order and went home. I had 2 big bags although everything would’ve fit in 1 bag. I got home and realized that I forgot to ask them for my drink and they also didn’t give me ranch sauce. I’m sure these are quirks since they just opened but just wanted to make a note! I’ll be back to try out the other flavours.

The electronic menu board (like so many fast food places) keeps changing rapidly, so you can't see everything they offer unless you "catch" it as the menu options flash before your eyes, or if you stand there for ages - not ideal if you're looking for "fast food". The first night I went, I was craving Buffalo-style wings, but the only option I saw was the "Original Hot" which is one of their SPICIEST sauces. So that was a NO for me. I can only handle mild/medium spice. I tried the Wing Combo featuring Honey Garlic (bone-in) and Lemon Pepper (bone-in) I had regular fries and a soft drink. The Honey Garlic was pretty good, but I would not order the Lemon Pepper again - it could be personal preference, but I didn't enjoy the taste. I tried the Ranch dipping sauce, and it was good. The fries were not consistently cooked - some were overcooked and some were fine. The seating area was clean, but the rap music was much too loud. I visited the next night and instead of the combo, I had just wings. This time, I noticed a "mild" flavour that was the classic Buffalo flavour - I had the boneless - and they were delicious! Very tasty white meat with a tangy Buffalo sauce - I had takeout and GOOD THING I checked for dipping sauce before I left, because there was no dipping sauce in the paper bag. I asked for Ranch, but when I arrived home and tasted it, I discovered it was Blue Cheese dipping sauce, which was ok, but not what I asked for. They may want to put colour-coded stickers on the dipping sauces to differentiate them. Hopefully the staff will turn down the rap music - and I hope they will keep the place clean - one of the benches I sat on was smeared with ketchup - I wiped it down myself with a paper napkin. They have the space to display all of their menu items - I think that would really help new customers see all of their options. I would also suggest that they advertise "specials" and/or offer some type of customer rewards/deals as the prices are pretty high for the amount of food that you get.
