I called this store immediately after the order was placed to make sure I am getting my order right. All I asked was for the sauce to be on the side and not mixed with the chicken. but to my surprised the food was already PRE MADE eventhough I asked via ubereats app for it to be cooked WELL DONE (extra time). The person I spoke to in the store was extremely uncooperative, unwilling to help out and unprofessional as well. On top of that, the chicken I got were all soggy. overall an extremely bad experience.

Recently, I had this situation at this Wingstop where I really needed help, but one of the workers just didn't bother. Luckily, this amazing guy named Jay stepped in and was such a blessing. He went above and beyond to assist me, and I appreciate him so much to this very day. Jay's kindness and willingness to help really made my day and a huge difference. It just goes to show you how some people’s heart are more into their job and making their customers leave with a smile on their face than others. It really shows how some people are more dedicated to their job and making sure their customers leave with a smile than others. This employee deserves a raise🥳🍾!! Definitely planning on coming back here because of him!

The Wings out Here are TINY!!!!!! At the Catstlefield WingStop, the portions are TINY, even after spending $30-60. You'll still feel hungry unless you get fries. Initially, the wings were decent-sized, but now they're barely meaty. Despite coming here multiple times (3rd-4th time), I've noticed the wings have shrunk. It's unclear if they changed suppliers, but the wings are noticeably smaller. The high prices don't match the low quality. As a longtime fan of WingStop, I was excited when they came to Canada, but the quality here has dropped. It seems like they're more focused on profits than satisfying Canadian customers.

The ordering service at the hub is simple to use and shows your order and its progress on the screens throughout the store (upstairs and downstairs) as well as sending you a text when ready. Although we waited 30 minutes for our food, it was decently portioned and seasoned well. We ordered from Wingstop: 2x Large 10 piece wing combo. The only thing I would say about the flavours is that the level of spice does not reflect what it says in the menu. It is not as spicy as stated, especially for the Spicy Korean Q. Loved the Hickory Smoked BBQ & Lemon Pepper (although pretty oily), and definitely would recommend them with the boneless wings! We also tried the Loaded Voodoo Fries - they were pretty mid, the cheese tasted plastic-y and there was too much spice. The ranch was very thin and watery which gets everywhere and doesn’t add much flavour to the wings. There is dine-in seating upstairs with music and nice natural lighting through the windows. Overall, I would come back for the Lemon Pepper boneless wings but that is about it.

Ordered on Uber for pickup from the food hall. My first time trying wingstop! Food was ready in the estimated time. Flavours were delicious. The fries and the corn were excellent sides. We tried the bbq wings (our favourite), lemon pepper (second favourite), and honey garlic (this is the only wing that lacked flavour). Ranch dip was a bit watery but flavourful. Rated a 3 for service cause the girl was having a private conversation on the side before she attended to customers.

Ordered from the Hub. The service is fast. Maybe too fast that the quality of the food was lost. I am from Alberta and we do not have Wing Stop, thought we should stop by and check it out since it had so many good reviews in Toronto and the States. The order: Honey garlic wings - does not taste like honey garlic, it was sweet with a hint of honey. Hot wings - you can smell the hot sauce seeping out of the bag however there was no heat. Defiantly not a as much chili pepper rating as it says. Both wing styles lacked sauce and dry. Did not taste like what it should have been. Hot tenders - same as the hot wings, no heat. Corn on the cob - dry and does have heat. Cajun fries - this was probably the next item, well seasoned and balance The ranch does not have any flavour and is watery. Unsure if we would try it again since first impressions is everything.

Wingstop is a haven for wing enthusiasts, offering a delectable array of flavors and a casual dining experience that's hard to beat. With a menu centered around chicken wings, this franchise has perfected the art of crispy, succulent poultry. First and foremost, Wingstop's wings are consistently excellent. Whether you prefer boneless or traditional bone-in wings, the options seem limitless. From classic flavors like Buffalo and BBQ to adventurous choices like Mango Habanero or Lemon Pepper, there's something to satisfy every palate. The wings are cooked to perfection, boasting a satisfying crunch on the outside and juicy tenderness within. The sides and dips at Wingstop deserve applause too. The seasoned fries are addictive, and the dips, ranging from creamy ranch to fiery Atomic sauce, elevate the entire meal. The variety of combo meals and meal deals offer great value for your money, making it an ideal spot for a group outing or a solo indulgence. The only downside can be the wait times during peak hours, as these delectable wings are no secret. However, the flavors make the wait worthwhile. Whether you dine in or opt for takeout, Wingstop delivers consistently delicious wings that keep customers coming back for more. If you're a wing aficionado, this place is a must-visit.

Best. Wings. Ever. These were so good, we got about $70 worth of food and it easily fed 4 people. I wish I lived closer because I’d definitely go more often.
