Wing Machine

This place must be under new management, or their Sunday staff don't care, or aren't trained. Idk I didn't recognize anyone at all. Asked for wings extra saucy..they had next no sauce on them....got a ceasar salad says on website is Renee's dressing..that's a bold face lie and the dressing they gave was really gross, didn't eat the salad. Jerk chicken with extra sauce was drier than dry, no extra sauce, and cooked to a crisp, and of course my favorite spicy fries were all extremely hard, like break your teeth hard. Worst experience I've ever had with this location. It's sad to say but after 15 years of being a devoted customer to this specific location, even being 30+ minutes away. I won't be making the long drive to this specific location after this experience. If the old owner or maybe the regular staff read this, you'll know who I am. The only thing that was right was the blue cheese dip, which is a favorite. . How sad is that.

Food is/was good ( Im still eating). The man at the front was pleasant and friendly. It's a decent little joint if you just want something to much on and relax!

Paid and ordered 10 wings and wedges. Only got six wings. The wedges were very dry. The wings needed to be cooked longer. I'm limited on my lunch time from work so couldnt go back. It seems there is a new manager. I miss the old one. Not going back again.

NO WIFI. GOOD CRUNCHY WINGS! They used to throw in a few extra wings but I get it. Times are hard. The sauces are so good! Affordable combo with drink. Came up to $11.50. Wedges were great! Lots of parking, spots are a little tight! But must try wings!

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered the family meal special with an extra lb of wings. Firstly, we confirmed the sauce as “Caribbean” and they called us back saying they didn’t offer it anymore. No big deal. We picked up our order and the wings were burnt, very dry and not very edible. The pizza was barely sauced and the ribs had almost NO meat on the bones. We called the store back and they said we would have to drive back our leftovers for inspection prior to receiving a remake. We said that we would like a refund or to pay for delivery of a new order and that was not an option. 1/10 terrible quality food and -10/10 for customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.

Heard good things about Wing Machine and they did not disappoint. The chicken tasted so clean and was seasoned really well. I love that they bake their wings instead of frying them too. The hot sauce was a great addition - definitely a hot sauce full of flavour and not just "heat." Not to mention, so many wings!!! We ordered within the last hour of the night (last minute decision for us) and the owner said they'd throw in extra wings if we pay in cash, so we ended up getting 2+ lbs of wings. Pretty cool deal I've never seen anywhere else!

We were welcomed at this place with a warm smile. Patiently waited upon till decided on the Buffalo wing deal for $18, which is enough for more than 2! We were offered the choice of 2 of 10 sauces, wedges or fries and drink. The wings with suicide sauce were to die for with spice and fumes! The Thai sauce was fine, the wedges were crispy and hot! The place was friendly, hospitable and affordable! I recommend it!
