I have ordered take out never have l had bad service. I didn't get what l ordered but it took 2 hours and it was cold. Even though l called and ordered at 430 new year's eve this was a bad delivery and meal l don't recommend them at all and it takes me alot to get upset.

This is the best Chinese restaurant I have tried by far! I have tried Chinese food from many places but this one takes the crown! The food is very high quality with amazing flavors. The service is great and the lady taking my order was so nice and friendly. If I had to rate this place out of 10, I would give them 11/10.

We are long time customers of Win Win and have recommended it to many of our friends in the Whitby area. We ordered $162 for a family Christmas today, and after being told 45 minutes for delivery, it took an hour and a half to arrive. I had to call back twice and was lied to. Food was cold and no where near as good as in the past. Needless to say, we will be ordering elsewhere in the future, and I'll be sharing our experience with others.

Been ordering here for years and within the last year or two it has gone downhill.. the food is soo bland now... what happened? Won't be ordering here anymore so disappointing...

I've been ordering from this place for about 6 years and in the past few months it has gone really downhill. The food used to be really good but the last couple orders have been awful. Very oily, heavy on the soy sauce and no flavour. My last order everything was oily, salty and drowning in soy sauce. The egg roll was tough and dried out like it had been left out and refried. No veggies in the fried rice like previously, as well as prices going up at least a dollar per item. I don't know if it's new owners but the quality isn't there anymore. Would not recommend anymore

Best Chinese food in town. Good portion good price. We ordered dinner for four. Two adults and three kids, couldn't finish all the food. Not too oily not too salty. My kids love it. Will come again.

THE FIRST PICTURE WAS THE 5 STAR, 2ND PICTURE IS THE SAME DISH BUT POORLY MADE, HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PRESENTATION.. In the past I gave WINWIN STARS because of how great the food was, these past 3 orders have not been pleasant the food is NASTY, when I order and they say it's ready in 10 minutes, they are rushing it, the quality is poor, I love the Cantonese chow mein I don't think I will order again, LAST PICTURE IS ALL SAUCE THEY ADDED
