Been buying from this place for almost 8 years now and food has never disappointed me. Always tasty. Cashiers used to be rude but that has changed lately. No dine in allowed.

Poor service. Got the wrong order and the server chose to argue with me instead of correcting the mistake. Never returning Update: Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the effort your team puts into serving customers, but I respectfully disagree with your assessment of my review. My experience was based on what occurred during my visit, and I believe customers should be aware of the service they might encounter. If there was a misunderstanding or a way to address the issue that I might have missed, I would have appreciated being informed at the time. I stand by my feedback, as it reflects the service I received. Nonetheless, I hope this serves as constructive criticism for improving customer experience in the future. Thank you

March 21, 24 No one should visit this location Willy Jerk 3889 Keele Street the woman there is rude and disrespectful. I walked in she was sitting on her phone. No customer service skills. Wanted soup, didn't have so I ordered a oxtail thus was 8:23 pm and went home. When I got to go eat once sat down to eat after 3 spoonful of the rice and coleslaw I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. Called the store after ringing and ringing someone picked up the and left it off the hook. Mind you ii was only 9 pm. Wasted my gas to go back there to see they were closed. The woman say me and fanned me away. She comes and she she don't answer phone after 9pm but it wasn't after the tume The guys came out after I am yelling there is HAIR in my food. Said I want my money back. She then out saying that it not hers but the thing the made me more upset she had the audacity to tell me: A $20.00 FOOD I AM GOING TO PUT THE HAIR IN IT. I couldn't believe she would have the nerve was so mad to hear this and the to tell I have to come back the next day. March 22, 24. No Apology. When took the food back day she was still rude when i asked for my money back. Whoever owns here you really need to look into your employee.

Food was poor. Stew beef was rubbery, rice was cold and tasteless but service and atmosphere were worse. If the cashier at least raised her head and looked at your face while taking your order, you should consider yourself a lucky customer. This place is not worth your time or money.

Finally Jamaican food that taste like home. The only actual Jamaican food spots around the area. And good service too. Love it. Plus it is so affordable it's crazy.

Chicken is too dry and not too tasty. I asked for extra gravy but they didnt give me extra when I checked. I used to go here at least twice a month 2 years ago. I stopped, then went again for the first time today in a long time. I can’t remember if the chicken was always this dry or if it got worse. Prices are decent. Large for $12, portion is big.

Great place to get Jamaican food. Great customer service. Oxtail with rice and peas is my favourite. As the photo shows this is jerk chicken with rice and peas. Nice little kick to it. Staff is very friendly. Due to covid to sit down only take out. Very popular spot for lunch.
