This place sucks they gave my order to someone else and wouldn’t accept they made mistake and made me wait an hr never offered to make another order (didn’t mind paying again) i was starving and just wanted my food, instead they would try to ask me to call uber and find out what happed to my order, girl was trying to blame me, kept saying kitchen wont make another order.

I am gonna add a photo, just see what did we get to clean our hands. The paper roll was half dipped in some kind of water. Who knows where this was dipped but anyone can see this should not be on the customer's table. Didn't like it.

Not at all impressed. Ordered food for pick up. Arrived at the place a few minutes past our pick up time and the food was not ready even though the place was empty. When I got home, I took a single bite out of my chicken burger and it was clearly raw on the inside. I tore a piece from the opposite side to check and it was raw all the way through; pink and soft on the inside. I brought the food back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. The response was poor and unsatisfactory; the manager seemed reluctant to come out and speak with us and then offered a sub-par, disappointing explanation for the situation. The manager would not look at the burger whilst we were there even though I asked him to do so to confirm that I was not lying. I will not be returning to this place again, and would recommend that you're careful as this issue seems to be recurrent based on other reviews. It shouldn't be that difficult to cook a chicken burger and prevent your customers from getting sick.
