Purchased 4 large chili, one had a piece of hard plastic at the bottom of the cup. Spoke with the manager who took the cup with the piece of plastic to examine, also broke the plastic in half and came back saying they dont have that type of material in that restaurant, suggesting we put it there! It's outrageous her lack of courtesy and her rude attitude she spoke to us with. This was during busy lunchtime at the counter. Our order was refunded. We did not like having it suggested we are responsible for the object. We were very disappointed in how the situation was handled. Absolutely no concern. A simple apology would have been enough. that's all we cared for. Also, we wanted to let them know to be more diligent so that no one ends up cutting their lips or choking on things like this. We are taking our concern to a higher level. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING HERE. MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT THEMSELVES.

Food came out hot and fresh but ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to be served at the counter while the manager berated the employees loudly and nobody served the counter. Just absolutely horrendous management. Would never return.

This review is for Rajjit ( hopefully I have spelling correct). His service was exceptional. I asked for ice cause my son hurt his fingers. Rajjit took the minute to talk to my child to calm him down. He had excellent customer service.

Recently tried Wendy's and had a fantastic experience. The Baconator and Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt were absolutely delicious. The quality of ingredients and the generous portions exceeded our expectations. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. Wendy's continues to be a go-to choice for a satisfying and flavorful fast-food experience. Highly recommend trying their mouthwatering bacon offerings!

Pretty decent and good deals! Given the quality of most fast food restaurants, this is pretty good. They had a good deal with a voucher which basically gave us a free spicy chicken combo (two can dine for $15.49). Look out for these! They're worth the try!

I was eager to try their breakfast but Paid $5 for a only sausage sandwich. Asked for butter they did not put any. Sausage was dried out. Tim Hortons is way better

They recently renovated, inside has a cute little fireplace and tv displaying cp24, giving the place a cozy feel. The food was hot and tasty. The tomatoes in my side salad were a bit too soft but the salad was still good. Wait time was not bad at all, and it was lunch time. Staff is very friendly, I Will be going back.
