Wendy's

This wendys is a joke. Ive worked at Wendys for 2 years of my life and they dont even know how to make a frosty cino. I asked for extra vanilla all the time and still nothing. May as well just go to tims at this point.

This is my go-to place for breakfast every morning I find myself on Lake street. I am into the Breakfast Biggie for which I wish it was a "biggie" on especially fries and bacon......... all said, I recommend the quality of food and service. Did I mention that I also love the piped music they play. Try this place, you won't be disappointed.

Well when it takes over 30 minutes from walking in to place an order and you watch 10 delivery drivers come in and go with their orders and no one even takes the next person in lines order till all the delivery orders are clear. People were turning around in drive through and leaving because service is taking so long. 3 registers there but only one person working the counter. Yet they won't hire full time employees and say they need workers. Maybe hire someone full time who you don't get a government subsidy for hiring.

Oct. 31st 5:15 pm drive thru ordered 3 Dave singles with cheese, well done specifically said 2 with JUST KETCHUP and 3rd no lettuce, no mayo ordered fries too. Got home only 1 burger as requested just ketchup, 2nd burger had everything 3rd burger had no mayo but everything else. Two disappointed eaters.

I really appreciate that if I stop in and just ask for a cup of ice water, not only do they never seem to say NO, but I get a nice BIG glass and I get that BIG glass free!! Tim Hortons charges for a CUP at a lot of locations now, EVEN if you have bought OTHER food etc. and ask for ice water as well!! That seems ridiculous to me.

Quality location! It’s always clean inside the dining room and the orders arrive quickly and fresh and hot. Drive thru can get backed up during peak Lunch hours but that’s no one’s fault. Definitely a great Wendy’s location.

So I've had to come back and change this review. I've had numerous terrible experiences with this single Wendy's establishment, so much so I'd rather drive across town to get something, with this Wendy's being right in my backyard. Here are a couple experiences I've had; 1. I've waited at the counter after having walked in for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me and multiple times I made eye contact with people. So I left and walked to A&w down the street. 2. Another experience went in. It seemed like it was more of a hangout for the employees than it was actual work. I guess I'm not saying that talking is bad but it literally just sounded like a hangout and the customers were secondary to that. There were people waiting behind me and I was sitting there waiting for similar amount of time for someone to acknowledge me. 3. Decide to go through drive-thru this time because it seemed like walking in was probably the worst option. I get to the drive thru, there's no one else there, just me and my girlfriend in the car we order two dave single combos. Wait about 3 to 4 minutes, I get my order as I'm about to drive off. I noticed that the bag is kind of light. I pull over go inside. There's no burgers in my bag. They gave me the fries and no burgers, this wouldn't be such an issue if it wasn't the first time that this happened at this location. Anyway, here are some warnings. If anyone decides to read these, just avoid this location or just be ready to check your order every single time.

Friendly staff but this location can be pretty slow inside or at the Drive thru. The food comes out hot and tasty. Free WiFi. Washrooms need work. Clean dining floor. Decent amount of parking.
