Wendy's

Sadly, not good....I regularly visit Wendy's when traveling. Our first experience in Orangeville left me feeling sick for 2 days.... first problem was a language barrier. When I got to the window, the order was almost double what I was trying to explain. We corrected that finally and I paid the right amount. I was only ordering 2 combos.... but changed one fry to a Chilli.... that can't be complicated.... but it was to them, sadly. I could only eat half of the sandwich... it seemed to have been sitting for a long time? Or just badly cooked? My wife's was fine. Could have been just one bad experience we endured? I don't know. But we certainly won't be stopping there again after that experience!

Just had a family lunch at Wendy’s and the service was amazing. The food cooked right !!! The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The staff was super kind and made me feel very happy !!! All staff was very friendly and supportive and helpful. I received a warm welcome. 🤗 I’ll be back to give them more business!!!

There was only one staff so he was very rushed and didn't properly cook my child's burger. It was raw.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. You'd think with the long drive-thru line, the food would be decent but nope. I ordered a deluxe bacon combo but instead got a Dave’s single. My friend ordered a meal and redeemed a free chili from the Wendy’s app. When we got to the front, the girl shoved the interact machine at us before clarifying the order. We were overcharged, she charged her for 3 chilis rather than 1 free chili?? She modified the order, but when we asked for our receipt it seemed like she didn’t want to give it. We ended up parking and going inside. We got a refund for the difference from the manager who was confused but helpful.

This is one of the only Wendy's North of the Greater Toronto Area🤷🫨🥰🍔🍟🇨🇦 🫠🤓They have delicious French fries made with sea salt and lots of incredible tasty options I enjoy. I love Wendys!🤗🫶 Just drive safe in the drive through and please be responsible with your litter.♻️ Otherwise I hope you eat well.🙏💚🩵💜 They have lots of tasty things like baked potatoes as well as chilli cheese fries. Honestly really disappointed. I have an allergy to gluten and trying to order from here is a nightmare. The workers don’t understand that all I want is meat, cheese, bacon and mayo. No veggies, no bun. I understand it’s weird and probably uncommon however, I don’t feel like it’s rocket science to put less into a container that I paid the same amount for. With this being said, they roll their eyes at me and when I ask for alot of mayo because I paid for extra mayo maybe they should give me more than 2 packs and forget their nasty attitude when serving a paying customer.

The service is slow, their spicy chicken wrap is no longer half a spicy chicken but rather a 1/4. They were short a nugget for the kids meal. Never stopping here again.

This is by far and large the worst wendys I've ever been to. The second to last time I was here I got fries thst were essentially frozen and now I basically got a jello poutine. I never got my bill, no one confirmed my order from the ordering portal (drive through) to the window, and the fries and sauce in this poutine was absolutely horrible, both in looks and taste. To make matters worse, they packed the poutine (which is all I ordered) sideways into the bag. That is something I have never witness any resturant, fast food or not, ever. The drive through took absolutely forever and despite it being packed (mainly because service is so slow) the food wasn't fresh. Not one greeting by the way. Unless this location drastically improves, I will not be returning. I dont even feel that the food is safe to eat and this is me being honest.
