Garbage. Food wasn’t good, fries were stale and the staff can’t get a SIMPLE order right! Had to go back to get my fries AND I asked for no sauce for a kids burger, got home and it had sauce! Anyone with kids knows how annoying that was!!! A new location should NEVER start off this bad.

Been coming to this Wendys since I first noticed it opened. Have stopped goimg elsewhere for fast food. Tastes very fresh and feels less like typical fast food. I post this photo for conext. The ladies were so busy working hard they didnt notice my frostee wasn't filled up all the way. They were willing to fill it up but I told them it's fine. Even during peak hours they treat you like you are special. Much love to this location. I barely write reviews so this one is special to me.

Horrible service. Was missing half the order. Had to park far away to go back and get forgotten items. Manager seemed clueless. Burgers were squished flat cold and soggy. Fries were under cooked and cold. Never going there again. Horrible place.

When we found out a new Wendy’s was opening closer to our home we were really happy. Unfortunately, they are new and really need some seasoned helpers to help get them organized. First issue, the mobile app. When I first used the app for this location, I placed an order for drive thru pickup but the app kept giving me an error when trying to checkout. There were no details just a generic error message to try again. I gave up and went to another Wendy’s location for my order. I realized later when I tried again that this new location does not have their drive thru set up for mobile orders. The error message should really explain that in the app. They’re losing money. I placed a mobile order for in store pickup with a set time but when I got there it wasn’t ready. Not a big deal. I waited and waited and waited. There were people there waiting before me and were still waiting after I left. I observed a lack of order of operation. Only one cashier. So many people making food but no one dedicated to gathering the food for orders. Management needs to implement a system like other Wendy’s. I know they’re trying their best but management needs to take accountability and see there’s a big problem. All that being said, workers were polite, the food was cold by the time I got it but tasted good. The location is brightly lit inside but very dark in the parking lot. The store is small for the service area. I’m sure they’ll improve over time if the right leadership steps in. I’m looking forward to updating this review in a few months with a better rating and more positive feedback.

Decided to take my family to this new Wendy’s that just opened, only to be disappointed. Staff was Great, but only One cash/cashier, which is not good for this busy plaza and area I definitely did not expect this Wendy’s to be so small. Food was okay but nuggets were not fresh needs some improvement. Atmosphere was way too crazy for a Wendy’s in my opinion I think because of its size. Congratulations on the opening but Main Street Wendy’s is a way better atmosphere for a family outage in my opinion, Or any other bigger Wendy’s , I don’t know what they were thinking to put such a small Wendy’s in this area. It will become a hang out area for sure .

This is a new Wendy’s that just opened up in this plaza. The interior is beautiful staff is very nice and the food was deliciousss. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra mayo inside and it tasted extremely fresh and was full of flavours. I highly recommend that if it’s your first time trying Wendy’s
