Wendy's

I called for a delivery and the staff was very rude and hung up on me before I could take it I called multiple times and she still did not take my order for absolutely no reason. I am very upset with the service.

We were in the restaurant on New Years Eve with Grandchildren at about 5:30. I noticed that everyone had hairnets or hair up except one person whose hair was in dreadlocks and nothing covering. I did not mention but should have had a hairnet on. And seems like more of a social event when we are in. Hanging off the serving bar and looking at cell phones.

Came in on Nov 2 around 8:45pm just to grab a drink. The young man that took my order (didn’t catch his name but around 18 with dreads, we’ll call him Super Awesome Employee for clarification sake) was friendly and polite. He deserves five stars. The blame for my three star rating however, falls solely on the red headed gentleman (I’m assuming he was the manager on duty as he was wearing a different polo than the rest of the staff. We’ll call him Badly Trained Manager.) While I was getting my drink(it’s self serve at this location), Badly Trained Manager was tidying the drink kiosk. I attempted to make friendly small talk with him but received no response. No big deal, not everyone is comfortable with interactions with strangers. When I asked where I might find a straw, he somewhat snidely informed me that Wendy’s now had straw-less lids, but “if I really wanted one”, they were behind the counter. No offer to actually get me one though lol. Again, not a big deal, I’d just grab one on my way out. When I went to the counter to get my straw, Super Awesome Employee who had originally taken my order had stepped away to attend to another matter, so was not there to give me a straw. I waited no more than 20 seconds before he noticed me and gave me what I was looking for. That should have been the end of it, but as I was heading out the door, Badly Trained Manager began to loudly reprimand and berate Super Awesome Employee over making me wait for literally 15 seconds. Honestly, it made me cringe just listening to how condescending this so-called manager was and how terribly he was treating his team. While my initial reaction was to stay and rake BTM over the coals for his extremely rude and disrespectful treatment towards his staff, I didn’t want make a scene or embarrass SAE. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I REALLY hope whoever BTM reports to sees this and makes sure it doesn’t happen again. To the wonderful young man that took my order, you rock. Don’t let smarmy dudes like your manager dim your shine!

Ordering a Dave's single is $4. Combo as "krabby patty" is $11.27. That means my drink and fries were at least $3.63 each. That's a small fries and drink also. Call it what you want, it's small. Do yourself a favor, find another place to eat. Over $27 for 2 singles combos is ridiculous. I won't be back.

They have went so far downhill it’s crazy! Everything made ahead of time and then heated up in microwave by the time the order comes through. All dried out and bland. Used to be so good! Oh well, see ya later! No wonder there was no drive thru line lol

I’ve worked for Wendy’s and I’ve been a customer of Wendy’s for 30 + years. Serving cold fries is just unacceptable. Serving someone a burger with broken vegetables, soggy lettuce is just flat out disrespectful. I’m always nice and respectful. It takes a few minutes to do the right thing and throw a new batch of fries in. Bad lettuce, get more. I want my money back. And two small piece of bacon for a bacon deluxe. I’ve seen more bacon on a jbc

Feb 25, 2023, 915pm: Rushed through the order, giggling and laughing could be heard, ordered #4 from the main menu on the board and Double Baconator. NO MARKINGS on burger wraps, both wrappers were the same, we had to dissect them to find out which one was what. Seriously people, Mark your burgers so people know what it is. SPECIFICALLY asked for "Extra Paper Napkins" but they had only one single paper napkin inside. When asked at the window, does it have extra paper napkins right? She answered it should be. Very bad experience and probably my last visit here at this location. The bag didn't even have the sale receipt.
