Watts Restaurant

We came here thinking that if it's been around for this many years, it must have good food at least. We really wanted to like it, and we could overlook the torn covers on the benches, but some of the food was mediocre. I had the breakfast poutine and thought it was very good and filling. One of the kids had the banquet burger and also thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife had the Monte Cristo and said that the meat was deli meat (not ham) that has been cooked to toughness so it was difficult to take a bite without the whole piece coming out of the sandwich. The picky eater kid who loves pancakes and bacon ate the bacon almost immediately, but picked at the pancakes and tried to scrape what he thought was brown sugar off it. In the end, he declared it too sweet and ended up eating the fries that came with the banquet burger.

Sad to say there were no veggie burgers or vegan options. Tea came to the table tepid, at best. No plant based milks. My friend's potatoes were cold. As was the dining room. French onion soup had by 2 was just 'ok'.

I came for Saturday night karaoke but kitchen was closed so could not say whether their food good or not. Service was great though

Great spot, not the owners fault but super annoying regulars at the bar... Very loud wouldn't stop talking about sports and American politics... not everybody is interested in bloody last night's game... Or your horribly ill informed opinion regarding politics... the open hatred of Americans was most unwelcome... Not sure this realized he was sat next to an actual American... might want to think about that before broadcasting your thoughts about Kamala/Trump etc... Really good way to get a punch in the face actually lol... Back home there would be a 🔫 involved if someone was mouthing off like that.

Ordered turkey dinner special 20$ tiny 1 piece of turkey no gravey on mashed potatoes dried out veggies spoonful of dressing disgusting. Walked out. Not even worth 1.99 waitress was embarrased

Tonight, I went out with my Salvation Army Agincourt Community Church congregation for a great dinner at Watts Restaurant! We all had a great time. I tried their Beef Dip which was really tasty!!! I also tried out their strawberry cheesecake which was very yummy! Thanks to the amazing staff at Watts Restaurant for your fast service and hospitality!!!!! ❤️😁🙏🏻

We’ve been to Watts a few times & it’s not too bad a place to sit down & have lunch or dinner. The menu has the standard fare & to be honest nothing really stands out. I’ve had a few burgers & my GF has tried the Fish n Chips. Portion sizes are ok. The service is friendly & prices are on par with similar restaurants in the same vein. The dining room is clean but is most definitely showing it’s age. You see lots of mop stains in table legs etc definitely time for a refresh. Our food came quick & tasted ok. Wine in a goblet. 🧐 Have not used the WC so I can’t comment on their condition. Located in a shopping mall so parking is not an issue.

This is a clean, spacious, and welcoming restaurant. The atmosphere is calm. The food is alright. I ordered nachos and my friend ordered something else with eggs. Her food was good. Mine had a lot of room for improvement. The presentation of the food was good, as it’s apparent in the attached picture. However, the amount of chess on the chips was almost invisible. So, I won’t order nachos there anymore. The servers were polite, friendly, and attentive. The customers were mainly elders and the servers also looked in an upper age category. There is usually enough parking spots in front of the restaurant. The price of the food was like any other place (but high for the nachos with the said recipe). I might give it another try to see how other items on their menu would do.
