The promotion photo implies we would have a table beside the window. Our table was in the walkway with the staff bumping into my chair because of lack of space. The windows are floor to ceiling, so we still had a reasonable view. This location was fully staffed and seemed like family with a group staff photo taken at the end of the night. They seemed focused on putting a small amount of food on a large plate. I'm not sure why they do this. They did have live music that was really good, but no dance area available. Also, I'm not sure why the couple before us was told they had to leave in 90 minutes, but we were encouraged to stay as long as we were wanted, and we're even offered more drinks. The price was way, way too high for what was offered and what was not. Because of this, I don't see the point in returning to this location.

Amazing location to dine on a special occasion.. The meal was both delicious and reasonably priced. The wine and cocktails were on the expensive side. Excellent spot for an elegant dinner near the falls.

Food is good at this restaurant, and service is first class. But the best thing is obviously the view. At 33 stories high, it offers the best view of both the Fallsview resort and both sides of Niagara Falls. Tables are spacious and a la carte menu offers a good amount of selection. I was very full from the meal, and portion sizes are worth the money.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was beyond disappointed. They lure you in with promises of a beautiful view and a seemingly reasonable price, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. The “base price” of $79 is just to sit down – every menu item comes with an additional cost, which isn’t clearly advertised. For what you end up paying, the food and service do not justify the price. It’s frustrating and feels very misleading, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time I’ve seen this approach with Hilton-affiliated locations. Beware if you’re expecting a straightforward experience; you’ll be hit with hidden fees that make you feel scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you’re prepared for an overpriced meal.

We went back in September for my birthday, and I regret ever coming here. My husband planned this, and he was also disappointed. We spent about $160 USD. The waiter took about 15 minutes to take our order. For the appetizers, we had the complimentary bread, which was super salty. I love bread, and I barely touched this one. Then, we ordered the fried calamari, which was chewy. We had the Seared Chicken Supreme and the Chili Maple Glaze Salmon. The Seared Chicken Supreme was terrible since it was under-seasoned and dry. It was very basic. Portions were super small. The mashed potatoes were very underwhelming, which is crazy considering how much we were paying. This experience was NOT worth it. I don’t care about price when it comes to touristy places, but honestly the food is overpriced for the quality. It was pretty empty for a weekend too. I only enjoyed the view and the fresh berry tart.

🎈 SURPRISE! 🎁 I surprised my husband with dinner at The Watermark Restaurant in Niagara Falls on September 13th, to celebrate his birthday. We were seated at table 10, which offered an incredible view of Niagara Falls. What made the experience even more special was having someone like Mark G. as our server. I had dined at The Watermark before, but it was my husband’s first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction for him. Mark G. was a true professional, showcasing his passion for hospitality with every interaction. His extensive knowledge of the menu and drinks made it easy for us to trust his recommendations, and he had a natural ability to match our preferences with the best selections. His voice had an infectious warmth and an iconic quality that left a memorable impression, making the evening even more delightful. The spacious and elegant setting, with its vibrant yet romantic ambiance, sets The Watermark apart from many other high-end restaurants. The floor-to-ceiling windows and open layout created a sense of intimacy while still offering a breathtaking view of the falls. One feature that stood out to me was the restaurant manager making rounds to ensure each guest's satisfaction, a thoughtful touch that really enhanced the experience. For drinks, we enjoyed high-quality Piña Coladas and Crown Royal, which paired beautifully with our meal. We opted for the 5:45 p.m. seating through OpenTable, with the prix fixe three-course meal priced at $59 per person. We both started with the Caesar salad, which was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. For my main course, I chose the Chef’s featured fish, and I have to say, it was packed with flavor. My husband, who has always wanted to try a flat iron steak, was thoroughly pleased with his choice. The complimentary in-house baked garlic buns were out of this world—melt-in-your-mouth perfection. And to top off the meal, we indulged in the Turtle cheesecake, which was so delicious I wished I had taken some home! Watermark Restaurant, located on the 33rd floor of the Hilton Hotel in Niagara Falls, provides a dining experience like no other. With its incredible panoramic views of both the Horseshoe and American Falls, the scenery alone is worth the visit. The elegant space is beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows and well-spaced seating that ensures every guest can enjoy the stunning views. The menu features locally sourced ingredients, bringing a unique and fresh taste to each dish. Perfect for special occasions or romantic dinners, Watermark combines fine dining with an unforgettable ambiance at the height of luxury—literally! This is exactly why I chose Watermark to surprise my husband for his milestone birthday. I wanted to make the occasion extra special, and I knew the combination of breathtaking views, exceptional food, and the refined atmosphere would make it a memorable celebration.

It’s my second time to dine here. Last time was few years ago at night time. This time, I took advantage of their early seating 3 courses promo. For only $59, you can’t beat this price, especially with this view. I ordered Carrot Soup, Flat Iron Steak and Turtle Cheesecake. All of them were good. Better than my last time here. Server was friendly. Can’t complain much. Will come back.

My boyfriend and I dined here last night, what a wonderful experience we had! We arrived a tad earlier than our reservation but were still seated right away next to the window overlooking the falls. What a gorgeous view! Our server was so kind and attentive the entire night. The food and wine was delicious. Overall such a great experience. Definitely recommend!
