VMV's Bar & Grill

We had a great time at VMV's with a lovely waitress and a super friendly establishment owner. Our burgers were really good and full of flavour. We all loved our meals, the atmosphere and the staff and will definitely go back. This is one of those gems you find and continue to revisit.

This was tough. Strictly food wise, this was a mess. We ordered chicken wings 2lbs, one spicy garlic parm, and one vmv's hot. The garlic parm had no flavor tbh. It had great aroma, but the wings came out tasting very, very bland and a bit stale. I'm not hating on the place, but long story short. We got served raw undercooked wings, a very raw burger right after that (vmv's signature burger), undercooked fries, and even the fountain pop was flatter than usual. The servers were made aware of all this. Despite all of this, the servers were very attentive and apologetic. Even the owners came out apologizing. However, nothing tangible was done to compensate for any of this. It was a bit of a shock. We more than complied and were very forgiving. But to be charged full price for food we couldn't even finish due to the lack of attention is very, very poor business practice. Even the undercooked wings were reused! They were clearly cooked in the oven to salvage a bad product and re served to us. As a service worker myself, this experience was handled far from professional. Had they handled things fairly, I would've dismissed it all. The bottom line came before your customers this time.

This place was a pleasant surprise! The spacious patio was lovely, and the servers were very sweet and polite. We ordered the burgers, and they were all delicious and generously sized. The beers were chilled and reasonably priced. It's a great spot to relax, and it wasn't crowded when we visited.

Just found this place by chance on google maps and I must say it’s a hidden gem. I ordered the Gojuchang Pasta with chicken and it was delicious because it was spicy, although I would recommend maybe a little less chilli oil since most people wouldn’t be able to handle it, especially you can’t handle spice well. Also ordered the Strawberry Mojito which was very fragrant and tasty. Most importantly the service was impeccable with both Alanas serving us for the night with one being very attentive while the other was very quick and made us feel welcomed. I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu!

Hidden gem in the area. Fish and chips were huge and taste amazing, probably the best one I’ve ever had in a while. Prices are super reasonable and affordable. I also ordered a M’s mojito for only $11, best price you can get. Alana was our server and she was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the place for a chill night or dates.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The space is large with a patio open for the summer and a bunch of tv's for game days. The washrooms are clean and has accessibility options. The best burger I've had in ages was the fiesta burger. The combinations of flavours and the juicy patty were the perfect combination and doesn't make you feel heavy after eating. The bead was soft but not soggy and held everything inside just right. The poutine is made with home fries and the gravy is delicious. The Flat bread is a great share or perfect for a meal with many options to customize. And if you have space for the bread pudding, it's definetly worth it. The warmth and cinnamon bursts from the bread and he ice cream on top adds the perfect sweetness to compliment the bread. Perfect to share too, unless you decide to keep it for yourself haha.

I absolutely LOVED IT HERE. this is such an underrated spot and more people need to check this place out. The food and prices are beyond reasonable and the menu has so many options to choose from. They also have a wide array of drink options to choose from as well and daily specials. We ordered the wings and they were cooked to perfection. My friends ordered the burger and it was so juicy and flavourful. You can tell they make the food here with love, and it was worth it. I'm also sure the person who served us was one of the owners and she was so so lovely that if come back just to Interact with her. If you're in the area you need to check this place out. I know I'll be back for this.

The food is absolutely amazing; always done to perfection and flavourful. I am greeted and treated like family every time I come here and I come often. Helen is always accommodating and strives for the best customer satisfaction. The staff are always curious and a pleasure to speak with. They are knowledgeable about the menu and provide honest recommendations according to your taste buds.
