I’ve lived in the neighbourhood for twenty years and have seen this location change more times than I can count—some of the restaurants winners, others not so much. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I visited Viva Pizzeria and Pasta. I’m pleased to say it was absolutely fantastic. A very agreeable and cozy atmosphere and the menu looked very promising. I ordered Nonna’s meatballs as a starter. If liked them, then I could get the spaghetti and meatballs next time. We then shared the Penna alla Vodka and the Bitondo pizza. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The meatballs were delicious, with great herbs and spices—cooked perfectly. The penne was excellent with a first-rate combination of flavours. And the pizza . . . I can honestly say that the Bitondo pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Great toppings on a perfect crust, but also with a fantastic combination of herbs that had my tastebuds dancing. Our server, Gustavo, was the best. Super friendly and very attentive. The owner came to say hello and he was very pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t meet the chef, but they’re obviously a master at their craft. The meal was perfect. Viva Pizzeria and Pasta is a real gem. By far the best restaurant in the many incarnations at this location over the years. I highly encourage people to pay a visit (for eat-in, take-out or delivery) to support this wonderful restaurant. I give Viva the highest praise possible.

My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time, and we absolutely loved it! The dinner was amazing, and the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the angelotti, penne alla vodka, and chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. My kids had the pepperoni pizza, and everything was outstanding. Truly, everything we tried was delicious! Highly recommend!

This restaurant is a gem ! A friend of mine suggested it and he did not disappoint. The pizza was the best I had in the city by far. Everything that I have tried on the menu so far has been delicious. The restaurant was also really clean and had a beautiful atmosphere. The owner Mike and the staff was welcoming and friendly, a great reason for me to always go back and try everything on the menu. Definitely a 5 star on everything!!

We had an incredible experience at Viva Pizzeria & Pasta! The atmosphere is warm and beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. Owners Michael and Anastasia were so welcoming and friendly, which added a lovely personal touch to our visit. We tried the Queen Anastasia pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, a perfect crust, and flavors that truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for quality pizza in a great setting!

Its a new restaurant in a spot that has changef hands many times. This place looks like it finally got the recipe right in many ways. More family oriented than the previously places and has several families come in for Friday night dinner. Service was great. Server was friendly and good with kids. We had pizza and pasta and salad and ate it all. Everything was super tasty and fresh.

Our family has eaten in the restaurant and purchased take out. Anytime we order from here we are so impressed with the quality and service. The pizza and salads are always delicious and fresh. My nephew loves the chicken fingers and fries. We love the calamari and shrimp. The staff are so friendly and efficient. It's such a neighbourhood gem.

Had one of the best pizza's I had ever in Toronto. The Queen Anastasia pizza with Pepperoni, mushroom, green peppers, bacon, tomatoes, mozzarella and olive oil. Lasagna melts in your mouth!! Fantastic!! Very authentic tasting!!! Staff was awesome. Was there with a group of 30 people would highly recommend for an intimate or group outing!! The bar area was very cool!!
