We had birria tacos here and they were so filling and flavourful. Had just the right toppings and great consommé. The person working that was friendly and worked quickly. The place was quaint and a bit outdated, but it had free parking behind the building and we had a place to sit while we waited for our food. Also sold corn tortillas in packager too, which was great to know!

The atmosphere and service where amazing. The food however was not. My taco tasted like pinesole by the end and my friends meat wasn't even beef it tasted like beef pork chicken and turkey combined. It was greasy and did not taste at all like a taco making it an overall 2 out of 5 rating

Excellent tacos at this cute little shop. The owner is very nice and adds a personal touch to the tacos. They were so well made with love that we ended up ordering like 20 of them among the 4 of us! Definitely coming back again :)

Update!! Still the Best tacos in Durham Region hands down. Totally underrated. Now with a fresh paint job. Same amazing food. Authentic mexican flavours with a straightforward and focused menu. I love the simplicity of the menu which allows Jesus to deliver adequate variety and outstandingly authentic flavours, fast and fresh. Excellent value. Fresh ingredients. Great taste.

Ordered $70 worth of tacos and got waste. Not authentic, no flavour, no cilantro, no lime, no sauce. I mean let us know if your out of stock, I would go buy elsewhere. Iceberg lettuce!?!?! Are you for real!?!? Last time I checked there was no rice in tacos. And sadly I was served by the owner

Me and my wife recently visited Mexico and we were struggling to find an authentic Mexican place. This place was the closest to an authentic Mexican joint that we could find. Jesus runs this place and he's a great guy who takes pride in his food. I ordered birilla tacos and they were amazing. If you want legit Mexican food, this is your place. 5 stars easy!

Great, fresh authentic tasting burritos and taco’s. The owner was really friendly and the food was delicious. The prices are more than fair for the product and portion size. We loved their house made sauces, especially the habanero Xtra-Hot! You can easily leave Viva Burritos stuffed for under $10. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, you have to stop in and try.
