Dear owner! We really love the concept and idea for this restaurant! Wine is outstanding and your wine flight is something that calls me every time I am in Terminal 3. BUT I am pretty sure you have to work with your staff to make sure they work efficiently! Glasses are not clean enough, staff is so independent to the customers, they are slow, people have to go to the bar and order there to make it faster. I believe you are very short in staff. One more thing you have to consider is to change food options from time to time . Thanks! And I hope to see some changes coming from my feedback. And I would be happy to update my comment next time if I see any improvements from your side.

Harlen provided amazing service! So friendly and attentive! She also makes a great mimosa! If travelling alone in the early hours at terminal 3, stop in for a great chat and mimosa with her!

The food was excellent, and the customer service was exceptional. Harman provided particularly helpful and welcoming service with a consistently positive attitude. I will certainly return during my next trip to Toronto.

The worst customer service, the guy with bland hair was very rude and unprofessional with attitude, his service was very poor , I paid the 20% tip and said it is for here , still he packed for take out with plastic fork served me in very bad manner, while I was eating there was no napkin and he never asked me if everything is ok ….. In Airport should be very professional.

Harleen and Ariel made me a real tasty mimosa flight and talked me well through the wine list. I will be buying a flight of red shortly. Thanks for making the worst airport ever feel a little better.(atmosphere took a hit because I hate Pearson, bar space is very cute)

I had the mimosa flight this morning, and it was fantastic! It was served with pineapple, orange, and cranberry juices- my favourite was the cranberry. Harleen was my server and made having to be at the airport at 7am a pleasure. Will definitely be visiting next time I’m through!

No hi how are you, just take your order, don't ask if you'd like anything else. The food was amazing though. I just wish the girl cooking in the back ware her hair tight and maybe wearing a hair net would be great as well.

Wonderful little wine bar, our server was a lovely and knowledgeable young lady named Kamal. The wine selection was great and we also had a delicious cheese board and a couple of Bloody Caesars which were very well built, just spicy enough, with excellent garnish including a caperberry! Would definitely seek this this place out if I am ever in the area again!
