My best friend Maria and I wanted a quick bite but we were tired of all the chain lunch restaurants. When we came in, we were welcomed by two lovely grandmothers who were generally excited to see us. The food was authentically Italian and delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for its great food and atmosphere. To think we almost went to Subway. Great pick Maria! We’ll be back soon not just for the food but to see those great Nonas again

Food was amazing, had the Veal Cutlet. Very friendly staff. Ingredients seemed to be very fresh and they were well cooked. Will return when in the area. Was also prepared very quickly, from time of order was about 5 mins till the sandwich was delivered to the table.

We had the chicken and the veal sandwich. Veal didn’t taste fresh, the breading was falling off and it tasted super salty. Chicken was more fresh but the pieces were a little thick for a sandwich. Both sandwiches were a little dry, I recommend getting extra sauce, they also were super stringy with the hot peppers. There’s better veal/chicken sandwiches in the city, this one was pretty bang average.

Daily specials pasta is $8.50 I asked to add onion and she thought it was so un- italian she didn’t added it😂. Good food for this price!
