We tried different options at the location, and were very happy with the taste of the food. My daughter that is not too keen about Indian food, was so impressed with the sambhar that she went and told the kitchen that she loved it. The chutney's were really good and the food options were awesome, and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this to all, a must try.

I visited this place once and tried a variety of items like Andhra Punugulu and Set Dosa, while my friends had Vada, Poori, Mysore Bonda, and Masala Dosa. Everything tasted great. Personally, I really enjoyed the Punugulu and Set Dosa. It's a takeaway-only spot with no dine-in option, but what stands out is the pricing—most items are just $4.99 or $5.99. I also tried the Dondakayi Fry and Sambar, which I found a bit disappointing. However, when it comes to the tiffins, the quality at such affordable prices is impressive, and they deserve appreciation for that. I also had their tea, which I liked, and I’m looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend this place—it’s 100% worth it!

Since my discovery of masala dosa in the early 2010s I've enjoyed exploring South Indian cuisine but was in search for a go to spot. Location has changed hands/owners over the years, though maintaining its South Indian presence. Now I'd say Varalakshimi Veg is by far one of the best places for your typical fare of dosa, medhu vada etc. as well as a variety of wonderfully flavourful and spice balanced curries, rice dishes and other snacks. Tamarind rice (slightly tangy, nutty- best I've had!), aloo bonda, venpongal, masala tomato and eggplant curry are top faves so far. Oh the rich peanut and ginger chutneys🤤 Nice staff, great service with party tray orders and takeout experience is consistently good. Kudos to their staff making delicious quality food. Hope this family business stays open for good!

Varalakshmi offers good snacks. Taste was good. And we need to wait approx 20-30 minutes to get the food and they provide takeouts.

I ordered 2 plates of Mysore bonda, it was cooked outside and uncooked inside, I could see the batter. I called them to know the bad experience i faced .I had to go restaurant 30 mins drive) and waited 35 mins more . Please check your food before leaving the place.
