This spot is amazing!!! We were excited to find a fully-halal authentic Mexican spot to try, and were not disappointed at all. There is an ample amount of seating inside and the decor is cute. The Birria Tacos were delicious, as was the Elote. My friend tried the Bang Bang Shrimp Taco and really liked that as well. Everything was really fresh and flavourful. Will definitely be coming back!

First of all it's amazing to have a halal taco place! I love tacos and it's great to be able to try more than just fish tacos finally! That being said the fish and shrimp tacos were actually really amazing. The birria tacos were also really good. Would definitely go again. The atmosphere and decor looked great, very in theme. Only downside there is only 1 highchair so if it's in use you have to hold your kid when you try to eat. Not fun.

We arrived at 3:30 pm just 1:30 hrs before closing due to Christmas timings , we were a group of 4 , myself my wife and two youth kids , we ordered Birria grilled cheese - 8/10 Birria tacos 3 pcs - 8/10 Carne asada taco 2pcs - 7/10 Chicken achiote taco 2 pcs - 9/10 Jerk chicken taco 2 pcs - 8/10 Rice bowl - 9/10 Jarritos mango Jarritos guava My opinion , food tasted decent for a mexican spot , its a bit pricey we ended up paying 80 dollars and were not full We loved the ambiance and the store decor We will go back again for sure

These are honestly the best Birria taco’s that I have had here in Canada. Love the taste, crispiness of the meat, and the broth is really good! I wish the green salsa was a little bit more spicy, but that’s just a personal preference! Will be coming here a lot more often.

Had the birria, pescado and bang bang shrimp tacos to share between 2 people.. and all were pretty good. I really appreciated that the seafood tacos were very fresh. The fish and shrimp did not taste frozen! The horchata tasted like it was made from a premix though, and not from scratch. I also made the mistake of mixing the cinnamon sprinkled on top before taking a sip.. and it ended up being way too cinnamonny! Other than that.. great food, plus it’s all halal! Will be back.

I absolutely love the decor here! The mural is beautiful and I love that it brings a piece of Mexico right here to the GTA. I also love that there's finally a halal Mexican taco spot in the GTA. However, some things to note that were not up to my satisfaction: The chairs in the restaurant are super uncomfortable and I personally don't find them good to sit on for an extended period of time. You can come in, eat quickly and not necessarily hang out here, but if I wanted to come and hang out with a friend, the chairs def turn me away from choosing this spot as the one. Secondly, I found some inconsistency with their tacos. The tortillas were different sizes, which is fine, but one of the corn tortilla that I had was also a little hard. I preferred the flour tortilla. The food wasn't served as hot as I expected it to be (I mean, the shrimp was just slightly warm but not hot), which makes me think it could've been reheated or something. While the tacos were good, and my favourite was the chicken achiote, I wouldn't say it's the best tacos I've had. I also personally don't think I'd come back for the tacos specifically, unless I'm coming back to try other menu items. However, I did enjoy the churros and the ice cream used that was paired with the churros was delicious. As for the mangonada, the chamoy sauce was not as strong as I had expected. It felt more like drinking a simple mango slush (even after mixing). I'd prefer a stronger/more balanced drink where you can get the flavors of both the mango and chamoy/tajin.

Came here on the grand opening and left very satisfied. They were giving out free tacos so we got to try the Birria tacos and they were really good. The seating area was clean and the service was great. Would come back to try other items in the menu.
