My girlfriend and I love this restaurant in our area. we've visited this restaurant a total of two times! They take pride in consistency, and all of the workers are proud to work there. This past time, we got the calamari we highly recommend it. I got the milk-fed veal my girlfriend got the New York strip steak with pasta with truffle butter! A man actually proposed to his wife right next to us. We've never personally seen that in our lives. I doubt very many people do, especially nowadays. The most heart-felt thing either of us has ever seen. This restaurant is a 10 out of 10. I have two separate reviews on this restaurant!

We enjoyed a lovely dinner for our first visit at Valley and we really enjoyed it. Super friendly service that was genuine. The only thing I was disappointed in was the scarce flaking of truffle on my meal of Tortelloni ai Funghi…in Italy, the truffle is weighed during the shaving before being added to the food … I understand the value of that now ;)

**If you are booking Friday to Sunday, make sure to get a reservation** Food was excellent, I ordered the Gorgonzola Gnocchi and my girlfriend had the special, pumpkin ravioli with a brown reduction sauce. For the appetizer, we had the crispy calamari, the calamari itself was some of the best I have ever had! My only complaint is it was a bit salty. Everything they make there is fresh daily, ranging from the pasta to desert. They also have gluten free pasta as well. The strawberry gelato was great. Mack was also a great waiter!

Birthday celebration with the Girls. What an amazing night with delicious entrees. A must try if you’re in the mood for Italian cuisine. The pasta is all hand made and there is a great selection to choose from. Their menu has everything you need if you’re craving Italian. The main entrees has a good selection as well. From beef tenderloin, braised beef short ribs, osso bucco, veal & chicken selection, along with fresh seafood. We had the best service and the staff was super amazing. Will definitely be back.

So happy to have finally tried this place out. I absolutely loved the aesthetic of the restaurant, it had so much character. The service was really great, from the hosts to server, both very welcoming. As for the food, I’m already dreaming about the next time I get to come back! The gnocchi is like little pillows of greatness! Everything was out of this world!

This restaurant has shown me that there is still true character in dining experiences. From being greeted by the head chef and owner upon arrival, to being treated like family as we paid our bill, the entire dining experience was immaculate. My family and I were taken care of like royalty at the Valley. We will definitely be returning. Pam, our server for the evening, took tremendous care of us and made sure we were attended to in every aspect. Thank you for everything! We’ll be back.

I’ve been here multiple times for special occasions with my boyfriend and they never disappoint. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is excellent. While it is a bit on the pricier side of dining I can safely say it is 100% worth the cost. The atmosphere is very cosy and welcoming and makes for a wonderful dining experience.

Beautiful patio! Our server was fantastic and very attentive. The food was amazing and made with lots of love. You can tell the pasta is made in house! High recommend the crab stuffed pasta with shrimp. My partner had the veal piccata and loved it. Very tender and generous portion sizes! Thank you to the Valley team for making our date night wonderful!
