Our waiter, Derek was great! He was so kind and had a surprise for one of the birthday celebrants. Overall the service was very quick and all the food was delicious. They had some options for broth, meat, veggies and other foods.

Derek was the best server I've ever had at a restaurant not only was he friendly, personable, willing to go the extra mile. But he never hesitated to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be returning for the friendly service, adds 100% to the experience

I love this restaurant!! Lunch is very reasonably prices with lots of food to bring home too. I wish they had another branch in Los Angeles. I'd be visiting often!

Derek was the highlight of our girls’ night out! He was funny, attentive, and gave the best suggestions. Aside from the amazing service, the food was also amazing with lots of variety even for the classic beef selection. It was a fun experience and highly recommend for those who want a break from the traditional dinner. We also were celebrating our friend’s birthday and they even provided a really nice birthday surprise as well. We were all stuffed by the end of the day. 10/10 would recommend.

I went with friends on Monday night, and I paid $43 for the basic beef level. Yes, $43 includes tax and tips. I think it is the best deal in town. It doesn't offer the most variety of food, but all the regular items are available. They also offer high-end beef option for a much higher price. The atmosphere is 3 stars because half of the restaurant is empty. But if you want more quiet dinner, then it is a 5.

been there twice for premium wagyu ayce, 1 person pot is nice so you can pick your fav soup. coconut & Hokkaido milk broth is always my go-to

We had the premium package and the meat is really good. You can choose each person to have their own pot or everyone sharing the same pot, it will be more expensive if want a pot for each person. You order food through your phone but certain food were sold out and the app still allow you to order it, we checked with the server and he just asked us to order again saying they are not responsible in tracking the order. He finally helped us follow up with the kitchen when our food didn’t come for the fourth time and then we were told the food is not available.

The food was very nice, even though a lot of the dishes were sold out (which was quite disappointing). The tomato and sukiyaki soup bases were very nice, and the beef is amazing. The seafood options were okay, and in general, there is very little choice but with each item being very decent. I saw that other reviews had different and more desserts than us, while we only had a chocolate mousse, which was kinda weird. The service was generally decent. Our waiter was nice and they kept our temperatures at a nice level throughout our meal. However, when we asked our waiter for the bill, he never came back, and we had to ask someone else. When we called another waitress, she bought back the bill but didn't split it like we told her to. Then, she was visibly annoyed when we told her we want to split the bill. Overall a sour ending to otherwise great service.
