They have decent food and choices but the layout is ridiculous. The girls have to walk back and forth continuously just to make a smoothie because half of the ingredients are on the other side or in the back. The ordering system leaves a lot to be desired. It's very poorly designed and not efficient at all.

Brutal service this afternoon, I'd give zero if it was an option. Staff completely ignored us when we came in and were clearly too busy chatting about their weekend instead of taking orders. To top it off they then go ahead and start serving customers who came in after us. One girl stood right in front of us at the till and didn't even bother to look up, then later tried to blame us for "not standing in the right spot"...not only will we not be back but I'll be telling people to actively avoid this place.

I always enjoy my visits to Urban Cravings (Port) I appreciate the friendly staff and the clean atmosphere. My food is always fresh and very tasty and the service is very fast! Keep up the great work ladies, always an enjoyable experience.

I love coming to Urban Cravings. There are many healthy choices, the service is amazing and the staff is always so kind. The atmosphere is great, I love how the green walls match the logo. Every time I walk in the place it makes me happy. My favorite is the new Acai bowl. Urban Cravings is one of my favorite food places. I suggest coming here, it is always a treat 😄.

I frequent (4 times per week) urban cravings on fourth ave and port plaza. While the food is amazing I have had issues with mobile ordering at the fourth ave location where I have ordered my food (20 minutes in advance of the pickup time) and came in and it hasn't been made yet. This is very frustrating when you have a short lunch and use mobile ordering to skip a lengthy wait time. I understand this location is busy, but it is extremely frustrating to wait and get no acknowledgement that your food is late and you had ordered ahead. I no longer visit the fourth ave location due to this issue and instead give my business to the port plaza location.

Food is delicious, clean and healthy. Food portion sizes are just right. Leaves you feeling satisfied. Tried it once last week and been back 3 times since. Try it out
