Urban Cravings

I have come to the 4th Ave location on a number of occasions and I will say this experience by far was the worst I have ever had. The 5 staff that saw my mom and I walk in saw us walk over to the smoothie bar to make an order. While standing there not one person said a word to us until a customer who saw us standing there for an extended period of time drew the staffs attention to us and said we were waiting for some time. I was then told on repeat to go down to the end of the bar to place my order and get back in line. While waiting behind another customer that was there after us another staff member looked past me and asked the person behind me what they wanted. It was then I chirped up and said I was next. Not at one point did anyone say sorry for the wait or bypassing me as it was clear as day I was next in line. Very disappointed in this experience and lack of customer service. I will certainly reconsider my future visits to this business.

I tried the blue smoothie bowl and it was so delicious‼️ I don’t like peppers or tomatoes but when I ordered the chipotle bowl the peppers and tomatoes taste so much better than normal. Staff is also very kind 🫶🏽

On September 21, 2024 around 1pm, I ordered a healthy teriyaki lunch bowl from urban cravings on skip and had it delivered to work. It was a very busy shift that day. When lunch arrived, the sweetest message was written by the staff on my delivery bag, which made my entire day. The presentation of my lunch was well done and it was also very delicious! I can’t wait to order again! Thank you to the staff that went the extra step to make this an exceptional order for me. A little kindness goes a long way, and you deserve to be recognized for it! Thank you for your amazing 5 star service.

Ordered 3 smoothie bowls today. Chocolate peanut butter, Urban Oasis and Blue Majik. All three were amazing!!! My 16 month old granddaughter made her rounds making sure she got a little of each. What a great treat for a Sunday afternoon!

THE one and only fast food favourite of mine and my husband’s! The food is so fresh, made to order and the facility is always very clean. We’ve tried many things on the menu and have enjoyed it all- bowls, burritos, shakes. The service is always excellent and quick. It’s such a great alternative to other fast food options and leaves you feeling wonderful! We always take our meals home but there is dining space inside (though limited) and on a nice day there are some nice bench spots outside around the complex.

Disappointed… I am a regular for Urban Cravings and everytime I come to this location I feel like customers aren’t cared for. I don’t think the one tall girl with the pretty tattoos who works here likes me because everytime she makes it, my drink is missing from the top and it’s super watery. Or maybe that’s how she makes everyone’s drinks. I will stop coming to this location from now on. The Ontario Street location is really wonderful though! The girls there are super sweet and talkative and they don’t make me feel like I’m doing something wrong by ordering a smoothie and the consistency is always great. If you’re looking for quality and customer service I recommend that location instead.

Second time here, first time was a smoothie, this time was a bowl. Staff has been very helpful and friendly both times, food was super fresh and delicious! My only reason for giving a 4 star is that the bowl was a little too saucy for my liking. So next time I would order half sauce, but otherwise fabulous, and definitely going back!

I placed an online order tonight at 6:36pm for pick up (the store closes at 7pm). When I arrived, I was told they did not receive my order and it was now 6:55pm. I showed them my confirmation to confirm it was the correct store, which it was. They thought that if the order was placed past 6:30pm it would add to the next days order because they close 30 minutes later (it does not state this online). Despite this mix up, they prepared my order which was a salad and a smoothie. I am so grateful for this and the staff that was working. I had a migraine and my arthritis has been acting up, the ingredients in the salad and smoothie are anti inflammatory and just what I needed and was craving. I am so grateful for the staff for preparing my order even though they close at 7pm. Amazing customer service, and it meant a lot to me because of how I was feeling. Thank you so much to the staff, you made my night.
