Union Social Eatery

Came here last Saturday with 2 other people, enjoyed a nice meal and 1/2 price wine. I’ve lived in the area for 10 years now and thought I should make this my local spot. Came again, arrived at 5:01 pm and ordered wine immediately just to be told it was over at 5 - automated so nothing he do about it, reluctantly I ordered a glass and was going to have dinner. Waited 25 mins and finished my drink without being asked if I’d like anything to eat or even eye contact, so I simply asked my by check and went down the street to eat at Barnsteiners. Customer Service is non existent.

After a long day of meeting with fellow Antiquities dealers it was suggested we attend Union Social Eatery. Upon entering it felt comfortable and inviting. We took up a large table but I could see cozy seats for couples. Our Waitress was so good with lots of experience. Unfortunately a software glitch delayed our food and drinks order. Our Italian waitress had it sorted out super quick. I had the Bang Bang Chicken (you have to try it) but was missing the rice. My waitress brought the Manager to me. What a great Manager. He took my meal and drink off the bill. I made sure to tip my waitress what my bill would have been. This place and its staff are an absolute gem. The food was delicious and perfect just missing the rice. Everyone else loved their meals. I can’t wait to go back and sample other dishes at The Union Social Eatery this weekend again. Best food and Service

Our server Tracy was incredible! First time going we have lived in the area for years. Her recommendations were bang on and we legit weren't able to finish our dinners because the portion sizes were impressive. The chicken tenders were fresh and had almond crusted. Delicious. We were so hungry we didn't get photos of the apps but OMG those Brussel sprouts!!! We will be back!!!

I came here to celebrate the birthday of my partner and some of his friends too. They had planned for dinner and drinks. Service was alright, our server was polite and attentive although she was by herself in what it seemed a very quiet night and yet the service was very slow. When the food finally arrived, it was pretty shockingly disappointing. 1) a rare medium steak that was fully cooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen, 20 minutes later, new steak, same thing. He just ate it at that point. 2) my burger was just OK, fries were terrible though and it was a common issue on our table. You’d think, there is no way to screw up fries, guess what? There is. They were like reheated and old. Terrible to be honest. At least at the end our server brought us a piece of brownies courtesy of the house because of what had happened to the steak. Nice gesture but honestly doesn’t make up for the fact that the food is so bad. I will not be returning nor recommend this spot unfortunately. I’m giving it two stars because our server was nice but honestly this spot is a one star. 👎🏽

Brought here my business partners for a meal the other day and we had the best time ever. The food was delicious and the portions were decent. We were served by this wonderful girl Anna who made our dining experience memorable and enjoyable. I always like the cozy atmosphere and great service at this restaurant. We will definitely come back again.

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday...12/10!! Greeted by warm staff and seated right away. Service is terrific, food is outstanding. Have the breakfast tacos, trust me you will not be disappointed! Best thing I've ever had for breakfast. Another at our table had the Ace High Club with fries ... perfection (fries are awesome and crispy). Kudos to the chef/line cooks! Had the pleasure of meeting Linton, the GM - friendly and funny, very attentive to patrons. Atmosphere is fun, clean, great location - street parking is easy (and on Sundays is free until 1pm) - will 100% be back - Thanks Union, for the memorable visit!!

Went there for the first time for Date night. The calamari that we got was bitter at first, we got that changed out which was then good. I ordered the Blackened Salmon, it was okay. My partner ordered the Steak and Frites. Steak was cooked at a good temperature. We ordered the crème brûlée and ordered 2 key lime pie for dessert. My partner had the pie at home and said it tasted like cake with a bunch of whipped cream on top. To make things worst, I see that we were charged full price for appetizers when it was supposed to be half off on Saturdays!! We ordered shots and drinks. My first drink came nicely decorated then the second one looked carelessly made. What am i supposed to do? Take the thyme and put it in my new glass? Lol I wouldn't visit again due to my experience.

My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few highlights and some room for improvement. The restaurant boasted a delightful atmosphere, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance for a relaxed evening. The service was commendable - the servers were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our meal, adding a positive touch to the overall dining experience. We decided to try their popular chicken tenders and fish and chips. While the chicken tenders seemed to be a crowd-favorite, we were slightly disappointed by the dryness of the chicken. Though they provided some sauce on the side, the tenders' inherent dryness made it a bit difficult to enjoy fully. However, on the flip side, the fish and chips truly stood out. The portion size was more than generous, offering two servings of deliciously crispy fried fish. The fish itself was cooked to perfection - crunchy on the outside, while the flesh remained tender and flavorful on the inside. The accompanying portion of chips was excellent, adding a delightful touch to the overall dish. One noteworthy aspect of this restaurant is their enticing happy hour deal, available from 3 pm to 5 pm and 8 pm until closing time. Regrettably, we visited during dinner hours, and consequently, we missed out on these attractive deals. Nevertheless, the ample portion sizes of the meals made up for it, leaving us feeling satisfied and content with the value we received. All in all, the dining experience was positive, with the standout being the delectable fish and chips. Although the chicken tenders were a bit disappointing, the restaurant's overall performance and inviting ambiance left a good impression.
