Ordered take out and when i come to pick it up, they forgot to make it and "it got lost with the other orders". Had to wait double the time for greasy overcooked soggy fish and chips. So not worth the time and money. Never coming back. Thanks for nothing

Me and my wife ordered two one piece fish and chips and paid 40 dollars. This is one of the orders we got. Fish was over cooked and chewy, yes...chewy. fries were old and soggy. Definitely not worth the price in terms of quality or portion size. 100% would not recommend.

We enjoyed our experience here from the moment we walked in to when we left. The service is friendly and kind. We had the halibut and chips and it was perfect. Crispy, light batter. Fresh fish and excellent coleslaw. We will definitely be back. Also, the music is a delightful touch.

I have been ordering food from this location for a long time as my wife and son are both celiac and it is one of the few places that offer Gluten free fish and chips Unfortunately, the quality has changed at this location and our food tonight was not very good. We questioned if the batter was GF as it was much heaviear than normally what we have experienced. The fries appeared to have been old and reheated in the oil. The portions were also quite a bit smaller than usual. Sadly it was $60.00 not well spent.

Bought the family pack and all the fish was really heavily breaded and wet and soggy inside. I’ve ordered from here before and didn’t encounter this problem before. None of us could eat the soggy breading and we had to pick the fish out. Extremely disappointed.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering takeout here. I attended Friday at noon with high expectations of the food as I saw. Newspaper clipping saying this is No. 1 in St Catharines for fish and chips. I, too, was very disappointed in the chips. Overcooked, not crispy and limp. The fish, haddock was better but tasted like they need to change the oil. I would not recommend the food to a friend.

It took me a long time to find a fish and chip place in the Niagara region.. the fish is always so good and the batter is perfect. The fries are okay, not the greatest fries but it’s the fish that I go there for! The coleslaw is a hit or miss. I’ve tried other places to try to find the perfect fries and fish, and always end up going back here for the fish.
