Found this place some weeks ago but was closed. Returned excited only to get let down. I tried the new jerk chicken sandwich with grilled pineapple, barbecue sauce and pickled coleslaw which sounds fantastic. But it wasn't as good as it sounded. this is not really a jerk chicken sandwich. more like a sandwich of sliced chicken breast smothered in premade jerk sauce. The sandwich was not very hot and It came on a ciabatta bun that was hard, dry and crusty on the edges. I ended up throwing away half of it away after finding it dry and too spicy. What a waste.

Just ordered a JUST THE DOG hot dog, and for my surprise, when I arrived home and opened it, they gave me just the sausage. The picture shows a hot dog with a bun and sausage. Who in this F world thinks someone wanna pay 13 dollars for 3 sausages? The sausage is not even good. Didn't go back because it was more expensive for me to return to the mall, and I would also be a very unpleasant person after such stupidity, and I wanna get even more upset that what I already am. Bottom line; stay away!

$5.65 for a small cold hotdog, not happy. I could've went outside and got a hot one for $3.50 from the blue truck in front of Nathan Phillps Square.

I was walking through the mall looking for something quick to eat and looked at the menu for Underground. A friendly employee called out and recommended the Chicken Tikka and Avocado sandwich. The sandwich was a perfect combination of warm chicken and cold toppings with a perfect hint of spice that pulled everything together. Worth a stop for a quick bite with great value.

I recently visited Underground Sandwich in the Eaton Centre food court, and it was a fantastic experience! I tried the Chicken Tikka & Avocado sandwich, and it was delicious. The chicken was incredibly well-flavored, and the tandoori aioli was absolutely divine. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. Next time, I might ask for the bread not to be toasted and request less lettuce for a perfect personal touch. The sci-fi-inspired branding adds a cool and unique vibe to the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty and fresh sandwich in a vibrant setting!
