Uncle Sal's Hot Chicken

Tried the BBQ Brisket and Chicken Sandwich as a combo with fries and a drink and added 3 chicken tenders on the side. Tenders were well breaded and juicy. However even without the tenders the Sandwich was $13.50 and making it a combo it was another 4 dollars or so. For nearly $15 for a sandwich I was expecting a substantial size but was very disappointed at how small the sandwich was. For the same price of the sandwich alone here, there are other places that offer a sandwich + side + drink with a bigger sandwich. The food was prepared well and tasted good, but at the end of the day I can't justify paying $28 total (and this was during the GST/HST holiday) for a meal I can finish by myself in 1.5 sittings.

I went there on friends recommendation and they have the best fried chicken sando in the town with perfect cold saw combination and spicy mayo. Their brownie is also good.

The dill fries are good but the portion of brisket on a bun was very small and not sure if it’s worth the money. The beef was questionable - is it even brisket? Allah knows best. Had to go to another restaurant immediately after receiving and eating my kids meal. The food should reflect the pictures on the wall/menu. Alhamdulillah. Maybe try brisket on fries instead. However, pics in the reviews of the fried chicken looks pretty good.

Very crispy chicken. Spice level is good. 3 is perfect if you want a zing. 5 is crazy. You will be choking on every bite. Get a milkshake if you will choose 5.

I tried their sandos(sandwiches) and loved it. Very delicious and satisfying. Only downside is that it keeps you wanting more.. and hence more calories… be mindful and enjoy!

I recently visited this restaurant with friends and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. For those who enjoy spicy dishes, I highly recommend the "Danger" option. The brisket was exceptionally tender and flavorful, and the combination of chicken, coleslaw, and salad in the dirty fries was delightful. This was also my first experience with pink sauce, which I found quite enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant is uniquely appealing, despite the limited space. Everything on the menu is halal, which is greatly appreciated. On my next visit, I'm eager to try the BBQ Brisket Sandwich Combo, as my friends who ordered it were very satisfied, noting that the accompanying fries made for a filling meal. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for its delicious food and charming atmosphere. Parking is free

Great value here! The family special is just under $100, and is enough for 4-5 people. Their mini chicken sandos were a nice surprise. Their ribs could be improved (they seem to stick to the bone).

This is our second time getting from Uncle Sal's. We definitely will keep coming here. Nothing we have tried so far has disappointed us! We tried the sandwich and poutines last time. And this time we got the sandwich combo again. Could not take picture of the beef sandwich because it was gone before we knew it 😂 it was just so good! I loved the chicken sandwich too. The chicken was crispy and nice. Definitely recommend 👌
