Service was great, our server was very attentive and kept checking on us ensuring we had all we needed. Food was ready in a reasonable time so we didn't have to wait or ask for it. The vibe was very Christmassy which I loved! We ordered ribs and power bowl which was not what we expected. Ribs were almost burnt and the power bowl had no taste or flavour. The only thing I enjoyed was sweet potato fries and that also was so little in portion that I could almost count how many are there :)))

Decent Food, but Lacking Flavor – fast Service Despite Challenges Turtle Jack’s had some potential with its menu, but the food really missed the mark on flavor. The dishes looked okay, but they just didn’t have the taste to match. However, the saving grace was the service. One server was doing her best as she was the only server in the restaurant along with a host, running around to take care of multiple tables, while another male server relaxed by the bar. The poor girl doing all the work, but she kept a positive attitude and made sure that everything was taken care of. If the food improved and the staff were better managed, it could be a great spot.

To be fair, I was part of a large group and the staff were running back and forth trying to keep track of everything. They did well considering. I got the New York dinner and it was great. But felt overpriced for the quantity. Still, it was delicious and very much enjoyed.

The second time here, and both times, they did not disappoint. Customer service is outstanding with attentive staff. Stick to the waiters' recommendations, and you'll have an amazing experience. Our waiter Lisa was outstanding and knew which dishes to recommend. WHIPPED FETA Vegetarian $15.85 Olive oil, toasted pine nuts, pistachios, Greek herbs, grilled naan. This appetizer was well worth it, and our toddler enjoyed it as well. The feta flavor was amazing and had the right level of salt. 5/5 HELL-OF-A-BURGER Gluten Free $22.50 Bacon, jalapeño, jalapeño havarti, tomato, lettuce, red onion, house-made pimento cheese. This burger was exceptional and will not disappoint. The burger was thick and juicy. The cheese was melting, and every bite was heaven. Make sure you have an appetite. The side poutine was amazing. The gravy was smooth and the cheese perfectly melted. 5/5 4 CHEESE CAJUN CHICKEN PENNE $26.95 Blackened chicken, spinach, roasted red peppers, Creole alfredo, cheddar, mozzarella, feta, asiago Add garlic toast 2 / with cheese 3. This was okay, but still worth it, my wife said. 4/5 SKOR® BROWNIE OBSESSION $15.99 Our warm classic fudge brownie toppied with vanilla ice cream, chocolate & caramel sauce, SKOR® pieces, whipped cream. This giant dessert is plenty for 4 or more. Amazing dessert. 5/5 In my opinion, stick to the burgers, steaks, and the waiter's recommendations, and you will have an amazing experience. Not everything on this extensive menu will be good, so don't order the wrong thing. The washrooms are super clean and wonderful. Prices are competitive, the atmosphere is inviting, the service is great, and a variety of food will hit the spot. Give them a try and judge for yourself. Will definitely be back.

Service and atmosphere was great, all the servers were super friendly. Came here with kids, and their kids menu was really good. Comes with your typical main, then there's a beverage, veggies options PLUS complementary side of apples celery and carrots for each kid. At end of the meal, they get a small treat plus a toy from the toy chest. Kids had a blast! For me, the adult menu was what you expect at a resto/bar, was just ok. Kids love this place

Hi there, I wanted to email about an experience I had today for lunch at the Vogell location in Richmond Hill. I ordered 2 asian salads and after everything, it came out to $55. To start, the portion size for how much we were charged is a disgrace. Secondly, one of the salads was half browning and celery had mold, and some of the cabbage was just black and slimy. Additionally, the chicken looked like it was cheap, microwaved chicken. Basically, I could pay half the price and get a better salad at a fast food restaurant, like Wendy's. That was all awful, but the worst part, I took time on my lunch break to get salads for me and a coworker, had to drive back, only for the manager to be extremely rude and short. A) he said that red cabbage looks like this and that we shouldn't argue over that. B) he was unapologetic when I asked for my money back and being very rude. I will never, ever order food from this location again. The quality of the food was terrible for how it is priced (it's shameful) and the customer service experience was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Let's be honest here. No customer wants to have to return to a restaurant to complain about rotten, expensive salad and no customer wants to waste their lunch hour driving back and forth. It' an inconvenience to the restaurant, but more so for the customer. How this person got the manager position is beyond me.

Here is a wow, much more space inside that it looks from outside. We were 6 for Sunday lunch. Big menu very many choices and options. I had dumpling starter and Bison meatloaf, bacon wrapped, tender, tasty, on mashed potatoes, with veg. Filling! Everyone loved the experience. Worth a try, and going back.

Your typical burger/steak/pasta bar. Gone on a Wednesday for lunch. Service was quick and food arrived within 15-20 minutes for a group of 6. Ordered the Blackened Chicken and was very flavourful with a good amount of herbs/spices. It was heavy on the salt but is personal preference. The pasta had a chewy texture with an adequate amount of sauce and roasted vegetables. Portions were average. Was it worth $30 (pre-tax)? No. However, it is delicious and if you want to splurge every now and then on a yummy meal. There are plenty of seats and parking in the plaza on the weekdays.
