Turtle Jack's Sussex

I entered the restaurant with an empty stomach and a simple wish for a good meal but what I got was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I sat down the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. When the food arrived it was like a wave of flavor hitting my senses. Each dish was so perfectly prepared that I could taste the care and quality in every bite. I was truly impressed by how quickly everything arrived, making the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. I finished my meal feeling completely satisfied and already planning my next visit to try more from their menu. If you’re looking for delicious food that comes quickly, this place is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend!

The food is horrible I don’t know how they get 4.8! I wish I could get a refund for my food if I can! We ordered ribs (part of them were so dry and burnt it hurt my tooth!) we switched the fries to poutine, the gravy was so salty, and the cheese won’t melt! We had calamari as appetizer, they were so soggy! Look at my photo, It’s a Sat night after Xmas, no one is here… we thought to have a nice dinner but the food is so bad we wasted our gathering! Overall the food sucks, I really want my $ back. We didn’t finish the food (we weren’t even full… ) towards the end, we found out the kids meal is supposed to come with a drink, but they never asked… horrible experience… I’ve had turtle jacks and they were good, we are never coming back to this location.

I am happy they opened a location right near where I live and the food and the atmosphere is great. We were greeted promptly and offered drinks right away. The food was fantastic as like with all the other locations I have frequented. I can’t wait come back in the summer when the patio is open to enjoy a nice meal when the weather is warmer. I recommend the fish dishes as they are quite lovely and filling.

Highly recommend!! Jennifer was an absolute 5 star server! She went above and beyond in our time at Turtle Jack’s new Sussex location. The playlist they had really had my girlfriend and I dancing and moving in ways we didn’t think we could anymore. Food was extremely quick and tasted phenomenal. I’m so glad I drove by this hidden gem in Mississauga, definitely coming back soon! Thank you again Jennifer and team :)

We were greeted by Jennifer and the employee she was training. They were so accomodating and welcoming that we wish we could have invited them to join our birthday celebration. The food was served promptly and was hot, fresh and delicious. The recommendations that were made for dessert was spot on. I would definitely recommend this location.

The food was absolutely delicious. The server, Jenn makes you feel at home. I appreciated her asking about allergies since I have some. It was an amazing experience so we made sure to go back. We went back 2 days later and had a half Greek salad (the best I've had in a long time) and I tried their fire 'n ice desert....OMG! it is so good and perfect size to share with 1 or 2 people. My husband had a burger and he said it was amazing. Next time we are in the area, we will make sure to go again. Best dining experience in a long time. Thanks to all the staff.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, offering the perfect setting for both casual dinners and special occasions. The menu is diverse, with something for everyone, and everything we tried was simply outstanding. The dishes were beautifully presented, and each bite was bursting with fresh, bold flavors. The service was top-notch—attentive without being overbearing—and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great wine pairings. I especially loved their 4 cheese penne. Overall, this is one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional food, excellent service, and a memorable experience. We can't wait to return!
