I went to this place with a friend for an early dinner. The ambience of the place felt nice. But it all went downhill after the service experience. I asked for warm water and our server suggested she could get hot water. Eventually she got me cold water. While taking our order, she didn't even look at me to take my order and only looked at my friend, which felt borderline disrespect. The only reason I didn't leave was because I didn't want to make a scene or ruin the evening because of all this. Won't ever go back. Disappointed for a place that I had high hope for.

We came here on this location for the first time and had the best experience. The whole credit goes to our attendent Ms. JESSICA. She was very professional and pleasant. Suggested us with best items on the menu. She was very humble and gave us a best start to my husband's birthday with a dessert made by herself. That was really heartwarming.

Today our work group was at Turtle Jack's the wait staff she was exceptional!!! Our meal arrived hot and everyone all got there meal together. Excellent job Chef! There was almost 20 of us arriving all at the same time. Excellent!!excellent will come back with my husband.

My family and I recently dined at Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill. From the outside, it looked like a premium spot, but the ambiance inside didn't quite live up to that initial impression. The food was somewhat disappointing—given the quality, the higher price point didn’t feel justified. However, the service stood out as a positive; despite the busy crowd, our waiters were attentive and did their best to ensure we had what we needed. Overall, while the service was commendable, the dining experience as a whole left us wanting a bit more.

Had a great experience. Food came out fairly quickly, service was great and the restaurant was not too busy so that did help. Had been here before about a year ago and the service was not so good, so they did redeem themselves.

We had such a delicious meal tonight with amazing service from our server Lia and one of the managers Kiran. They were so friendly, attentive and diligent, always making sure we were happy. The food was sooooo good and definitely a generous portion, and was able to make room for some dessert 😋 thank you for such a great dining experience, we will be back again soon for sure 👍🏻

Excellent food and service. Our server Jessica was phenomenal, she is very professional polite and service oriented. Very accommodating staff. The manager (Bill ) was great. Accommodated our seating request and gave us the table of our choice. He made it a point to stop by at least 3 times during our meal and checked on us to make sure that we enjoyed the food and the service. Have visited this restaurant multiple times and every time they have exceeded the expectations!! Thank you for doing such a great job!!
