Recently hosted a gathering for 35 staff and had a fantastic experience! Cheryl, the manager that assisted with arranging our gathering, was outstanding! She is organized, friendly and delivered a seamless experience The food was fresh and portions were generous! Thanks to all the staff at TJ's Etobicoke for awesome customer experience

We ordered take out for 7 to 8 people and 2 orders worth like $90 were just forgotten. The food that arrived was sub par, their onion soup tastes like it's from a can and the steak wasnt cooked properly. The burger was ironically delicious however. Was on hold for 30 min before hanging up and going to the restaurant to make the order in person. Will not order from here again.

Gregory and Camille took great care of our party of eight people during a high school reunion night. The food was pretty good, but the serve was amazing. Food wise I had the bison burger and Turtle sized pint of IPA. Burger was well cooked , and the beer was 😎

I had a great time at Turtle Jack's. The atmosphere was amazing—nice and quiet, not too busy. The workers were very nice and friendly, and the food was excellent, truly A1.

We reached this place after a long flight and we were happy we were taken to a quiet area at the back. As we were waiting for the food we noticed the very long table for more than a dozen people the waitresses were trying to put together and then we realised we would be in for a nightmare if we were not to move there and then, secretly wondering why the waitress even put us there bearing in mind we told her 'calm and quiet area, please': - as we moved, our food arrived and thankfully everything was great - and yes, some people were already arriving at the very long table while being noisy, proof that we did a good thing moving. I just wish restaurants were more thoughtful about this.

This restaurant is very spacious. And I love the colors on the wall, not too dark, welcoming colors! The quality of food was okay, nothing to hype about! I do believe it is a Canadian food chain, so I was happy with that part. I didn't try their dessert. Maybe next time I hear it made in a house, that's a bonus in my book ! My husband and I had a wonderful service from our waitres, and Steve and the host were very pleasant as well. (I don't remember his name). Overall, it was a great experience for a first-timer

The food was perfect! But unfortunately our service was not. Just extremely slow, never checking in on us. And when we had to hunt our waitress down for more water she forgot twice. The bills also took forever to come at the end of the night. But she was friendly at least. And everyone enjoyed their food!

It's a bar with restaurant seating. Lots of big screens if you like sports. Menu has lots of options. I had a Turkey Club sandwich and my friend had the seafood linguini. Both were very tasty. Service was a bit slow as it was Canada Day and they were busier than they thought they would be. We also had breakfast there. There is a buffet with decent options and they open at 6 am which was perfect for us. The service was great.
