Turtle Jack's Erin Mills

Hit up Turtle Jack's at Erin Mills last night and ngl, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The burger was straight fire though - absolutely demolished that bad boy. Like, we're talking next-level delicious, perfectly cooked, juicy af. The rib eye was also pretty solid, cooked exactly how I wanted it, tender and all that good stuff. But here's where things get kinda sus. The service? Bruh. Had to wave down our server like I was directing air traffic just to get a water refill. Not exactly the vibe I was going for on a night out. Now let's talk about that deep fried strawberry cheesecake situation. Ngl, was pretty hyped when I saw it on the menu - the pic looked insane. But what showed up was... meh. Like, where were half the toppings that were in the pic? Major catfish moment right there. The space itself is pretty decent though. Clean, modern vibes, got that nice mall-adjacent energy without feeling too food court-ish. Overall verdict? Food's mostly solid but don't come here if you're in a rush, and maybe skip the dessert menu. Solid 3.5/5, would probably come back for that burger tbh.

We were starving, and just wanted to eat. They sat us down right away, the server was super nice. He had our drinks and appetizers our quickly. The food also came out hot and super delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

I came to the restaurant few days ago, first time there, i came with a buddy for some drinks. I had an amazing experience thanks to Ms. Jess P. From the moment we sat down, she welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that made us both feel right at home. Her knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, and she crafted the perfect cocktail tailored to our taste. Not only was she attentive and efficient, but her engaging personality turned a simple night out into a memorable experience. I can't wait to come back and see her again. Ms Jess P. is an amazing bartender. God bless her always.

Our experience at Turtle Jack’s is always amazing! The level of service that we have received from Carol is unbelievable. She works non-stop and yet always finds the time to treat us with grace and kindness. To invest time into your job the way she does is rare and is truly one-of-a-kind. Also, each visit we are greeted by Sumanth and Drew (with hugs). They always make sure that our experience is perfect. This has become our favourite place to go!

My family dined at Turtle Jacks Erin Mills for lunch today not for your typical happy occasion as we wanted to have lunch together as a family after attending a memorial mass. Our server, John was outstanding! He was very personable, efficient, and kept checking in on our table frequently. The restaurant manager, Drew was wonderful as well. He made us all feel comfortable and attended to our every need. Our orders were correct and the food was tasty and of high quality. Although we gathered for lunch after a sad occasion, the staff at Turtle Jacks made our afternoon very enjoyable and memorable. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Recently visited this location which use to be one that I would visit often before. However, this last visit wasn't the greatest. A packed restaurant and we opted to have dinner at the bar area. If we knew this would mean feeling like we were an inconvenience to the waitress, we would have gone elsewhere. We had the bartender service us and she did not enjoy it at all. Even asked for drink recommendation and it seemed like she didn't even know the drinks (drinks weren't great either). Even when we wanted to order coffee and dessert it was like torture for our server. We had to ask other servers to assist when we needed something as we weren't really checked on. The only thing that was good was the food. To say, we would visit this location again, is very unlikely. 3 stars was based on food alone. What a shame to see a place we would often visit, have service go down. Going forward, it is best to have proper staff in place and if short staff, don't fill all the tables and kindly ask guests to wait if they would like. This way staff are not overwhelmed and guests will have a better experience.

Had lunch at Turtle Jack's last weekend and I enjoyed my power bowl very much. My family also enjoyed the panto coated fresh pickerel plate. I wish I asked our server's name because he is the reason this review is 5 stars! He was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. Thank you!

Was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch with my better half, and I'm sure glad we did. From start to finish,everything was great along with our Server Maya who was Superb.We Ordered the beef dip and 2 onion soups. Which exceeded my expectations,my taste buds were thanking me but when it came to dessert oh my god!!! Ordered the Fire and ice dessert and Sticky toffee pudding and it was outstanding a definite must try.So if your ever in the area this place is a definitely must try.
