From this simple dockside idea 3 decades ago, Turtle Jack’s has continued to build on the tradition of creating memorable moments with a fresh, savoury menu that includes award-winning ribs, signature wings, unforgettable burgers and creative cocktails. We had such a lovely summer dining experience! The patio seating was perfect for enjoying the warm weather. The food and service were both excellent, which made the whole experience even better. There was plenty of space, so we felt very comfortable.

Our business group held its annual Christmas dinner at Turtle Jacks on November 22nd, with around 33 attendees. The event was a huge success—everyone had an amazing time, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The Turtle Jacks team was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process, from booking to the event itself. The booking experience was seamless, and V, Justin, and Marcus went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, even before guests arrived. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service. The team was courteous, personable, and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. We were also able to order from the regular menu, which was a great flexibility for our large group. We are truly grateful for such a perfect experience, the outstanding service, and the unforgettable memories. Events at this location always exceed expectations—never a disappointment. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a special occasion!

Our first time going to Turtle Jacks, overall it was very good. Lots of seating, I guess because it’s Sunday it wasn’t busy so our service was fast. We tried an amazing chicken roll appetizer. My wife had the salmon was good and my grilled cheese braised beef sandwich was a little heavy with the arugula but was good. Thank you

Had an amazing lunch today at this TJ’s location. The staff are always friendly, and our server Leena was amazing. We have seen her many times before, she is so pleasant, friendly and professional. A real asset to this organization. Wings are always the best around, especially the NY butter! Thanks to Leena and all the staff, will be back again soon! 😋

We loved our waiter she was super sweet. We found it a bit too dark and a little warm inside. But the food was fantastic! The service was stellar and we overall had a great time. Unfortunately there’s no happy hour at this location, which doesn’t make sense but whatever! Otherwise, it’s a nice spot. Foot priced ay $20-$30 We got the Tuscan Steak sandwich and Basa Fish with Lobster Mashed potatoes! The sandwich was good but a tad dry but definitely ask for it with chimichurri sauce to take it over the top. The fish and mashed potatoes were delish!!

Great ambianc, great dining experience and service eas fantastic by our waiter Justin. He was courteous, polite and consistently checking to see how we were doing. The food was really good 8/10 overall. We ordered calamari and wings. They were hot, fresh, crunchy, and succulent. For our entrée, we ordered burgers and ribs. It was a while since we ate burgers, and the wait was worth it. Recommend to try with families and friends or date night with your significant other.

Sophisticated Atmosphere. Waitress was very friendly and experienced (which is rare). We never went glasses empty. The food was Delicious. Rarely can you get a Caesar salad instead of Fries without an Upcharge but here you can!!! And it was Bomb Caesar Salad hands down best menu for healthy options in this whole area. The fire/ice desert was MASSIVE. Definitely made for 2 -or more. Blackened Chicken wasn't too spicy (probably should have the spicy emoji beside it though cuz it did have some kick). Would have been much better with Arugula vs Lettuce. Beef Dip wasn't fatty and also would have been great with Arugula to add a bit more flavour to it. Bun was Fresh. Gravy slightly salty. Presentation was Supreme. Toilet Cleaner is Sticky and my butt lifted the whole seat up 🤔🤣 (probably look into that).

I loved the ambience here, very cozy and perfect for dining. I had been here for my friends birthday, and we absolutely loved the food and drinks. We ordered Bruschetta, shrimp and vegan Thai bowl with Beer and a cocktail. Every single dish tasted delicious and the quantity was perfect! The server who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Will visit again to try other things on the menu.
