I was served by a lady who was extremely unfriendly and provided poor customer service. Her negative attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It felt as though she didn’t want to be there or assist me. Simple questions were met with curt responses, and there was no effort to be polite or professional. Customer service is such a key part of any business, and this interaction left a bad impression. Definitely not the standard I would expect. Terrible service!

9 of us dropped in unannounced, and the staff were super nice and accommodating. The food and presentation were fantastic. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

The woman that runs this store is lovely. Chatted with her yesterday she gave me complimentary tea. This review is more about the dining experience than the food itself because I just loved sitting there. Not a lot of places in Toronto or Waterloo makes you feel so comfortable sitting at a restaurant. Everything feels like a removed or sterile experience but here I felt like I was welcomed to this woman’s home almost. She was talking so openly and has such a vibrant sense of humor. Do give this place a visit and try the food. It has a lot of heart I’m a little irritated with myself for not having asked her name

One of the best places in Toronto Food was DELICIOUS! Good quality meat, properly cooked, they gave salad with dressing, fries with a ketchup packet!, rice, pita bread. Definitely worth the price! Service was impeccable. We were sure to leave a tip. Such a nice, hard working, kindly spoken lady. Atmosphere was very nice too. Clean tables & chairs & some artwork on the walls. Can’t wait to come again with my family 😋

Amazing Turkish Kebab! This place serves the best Turkish kebabs I've had in the city! The meat is always tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff from cashier to the chief they are friendly. Don’t miss their delicious lamb kebabs and fresh pita. Highly recommend!

We went and tried out their food. They’re delicious especially the Lamb chops. The rice tastes so good. The plate portions were huge. Definitely come back here again!!!

The food is off the hook! Some of the best Turkish cuisine I've ever had — and I've had a lot! The pide with spinach and mozzarella was the star. Crip around the edges, thin and soft in the middle, filled with loads of spinach and ooey gooey cheese. Also had the veggie samosas, which have a nice bite of spice, and a small salad loaded with good stuff and a tasty dressing. My husband had the chicken kebab plate... tons of juicy, tender, lightly spiced white meat. (His came with rice and a little salad.) All that for about $40, so fair prices. Two delightful ladies working in the front. Clean, bright interior.
