Some of the best beer and chill vibes in the city. We did our baby shower here, and I've hung out here with friends and family more than anywhere in the city now at this point. The beer is top notch, on par with Bellwoods though entirely different styles. The vibes are super chill, good music and the decor is really cool. Proud new member of cruisers club. If you love Euro / German style beer this place is a must visit / travel to destination.

Not a picky person by any means and I barely leave reviews but I was greatly disappointed by the fact their food menu has none of the items pictured in the reviews, in fact the menu was so small that we left hungry after have 3 beers each (4 people) No donairs, no sausage, no pretzels, no salmon, no anything shown in the photos of the reviews previous. They were out of fries.. who runs out of potatoes? Ordered bread and butter $10- 4 of the tiniest sourdough breads imaginable 1/5 cheese - 2 slices $10 - 4/5 beef carpaccio $17 - very small serving and it did not taste good chicken schnitzel - 2/5 very dry and not tasty with no sides…. No pretzels Decent service and good beer but menu is below par and would not return here.

There is only one pub of two nearby I am willing to go if I want a drink or 4 to unwind from busy work stretches. If they’re both closed I go home because nothing beats the craft &care these folks provide in their service every time! They have an amazing (and small) selection of snacks & more filling dishes, always served to consistent satisfaction & perfection. The menu changes seasonally and there is a fridge with seasonally changing options if you just want to stop by for a smile and some cans to bring home. My favorite wheat beer to date exists only on tap here, ‘there’s always money in the banana stand’ comparable to sidelaunch wheat but if sidelaunch wheat were to have birthed baby Jesus in beer form. That’s THB for you, I have been spoiled with their standards. They’re also extremely humble and they treat you like the neighbours you wish were your actual neighbours who live next door. There’s trivia nights on recent Tuesdays most weeks too!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this brewery! The beer selection was top-notch, each one better than the last. Every pint was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. The food was equally impressive—delicious and creative dishes with a beautiful presentation. The ambiance was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely one of Toronto’s hidden gems for beer lovers and foodies alike. Can’t wait to return!

Pet and child friendly place! We had our 10th month old baby and dog, and sat on their patio. The Vibe was good and chill, German beers and snacks were great, service was excellent! Had the Salmon crudo and their donair…sooo good!

I'm new to Toronto. However, this is a top notch lager brewery! I haven't been to godspeed (so many suggested) yet, but, this one is tough to beat! I beat drums about this one to every beer lover I meet because it's sooo good! 🤌🏽 This, coming from a guy who used to only love NEIPAs and lager was an afterthought. Alan is a wonderful bartender and Adam is an excellent brewer! I'm excited for the Crispy May releases!

Checked out the new food spot operating within True History Brewing this weekend, Beisl is modern Viennese. The two salads were out of this world a whipped goats cheese and beet + traditional potato with cucumber, seasoning absolutely on point. The homemade aromatic lamb sausages are delicious, unique and incredibly juicy with mustard and horseradish and don’t skip the crispy cheese and pork schnitzel! Perfect elevated comfort food to accompany the great beer list and chilled scenery 10/10 Highly recommend
