Triple O's

So, I ordered the “Smash Burger”. I watched them make it and they didn’t smash anything. I asked the worker how they smash their burger and I was only then told “we don’t smash our burgers. Our halal burger is called a smash burger”. It is very misleading and very disappointing. Not only that, I paid over $20 for a 4 oz “smash burger” , fries and a medium drink. And I’m not sure why they put a wet pickle on top of my bun, it made it wet. Very bizarre.

Loved the garlic parm fries as well as the cookies & cream shake. Frirs weren't crispy though the sauce made up for it. Upgrades add up fast. You're looking closer to $20-25 per order.

I've been wanting to try Triple O's for a long time, today was my chance. I had my wife and two kids (6,13) and we each had a combo. Total was about $90. The burgers taste fresh, mild seasoning, along with the lettuce and tomatoes. My son enjoyed his chicken burger. He just managed to finish his while my 6 year old barely got half into his. Keep in mind there is no kids meal. Few places that are left with free self serve refills (coke products) and the napkins where great quality, my wife felt the need to tell me. I figured I'd tell you. Not a fan that they still use paper straws, especially when their milkshake is thicker than Cardi B. You're connected to the ultramar gas station, bathrooms are what you expect for a busy gas station and seating is plentiful. Definitely coming back, maybe alone or just a plus one next time.

Visited this Triple O's location in passing; I was just looking for a quick bite and I was immediately received a warm welcome. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were friendly and gave me some time to think of my order. That experience was matched by the food-- MY GOD was it delicious. Perfectly cooked and the flavours were incredible. Not to mention the cookies and cream milkshake-- YUM! Highly recommend you try out some of the items on the menu, I know I will be back for more!

It is one of the best places to get burgers in town. Perfectly cooked fast food with delicious shakes made it up to my favorite list. Staff is great as well. They are cheerful, compassionate, and helpful in placing the order, and their teamwork is commendable, visible upfront. The representative Hazel, a wonderful lady, helped me with the order patiently with no hesitation and complete support even though I was changing it multiple times in between.

First time trying this and was not disappointed. The food is very fresh and delicious. Had the cheddar bacon burger with double patty and Cajun fries on the side. The fries were some of the best fast food fries I have ever had. The burger was massive and tasted amazing. Definitely coming back here.

Four stars for food because I feel that it could up itself more on flavour. It’s been lacking in seasoning, the three times I’ve been. Perhaps that’s just their recipe; nevertheless, I do enjoy their food. I have previously ordered their original burger and cod burger. I prefer the latter with some garlic parmesan fries. Somehow their food taste healthier than the average fast food joint offerings—for instance, their burger and fries seemed less greasier, and their milkshake was not too sweet and had real strawberry bits—but I should look into that. Five stars for presentation. I like the eco-friendly materials they used to package their food, and there’s also something nostalgic about them. All in all, the place is clean, I like the vibe and the staff are nice enough. Not sure if it’s the best location…it feels hidden, even though it’s at a gas station…also, it’s pretty pricey, but I would say it’s an underrated burger franchise.

My boyfriend raved about this restaurant from out in BC and when we found out there was a location in Ontario it was a must we visited. The food was absolutely incredible, plus the staff were patient, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend! I forgot I was at a fast food chain with the fresh buttermilk chicken sandwich I received 😋 Their Chipotle sauce was also a wonderful touch to their sweet potato fries!
