Tre Mari Bakery

I happened to be passing by, feeling hungry, and the bakery instantly caught my eye with its warm and inviting look from the outside. Stepping in, I was delighted to find a vast selection of tempting desserts. I chose the hazelnut cream doughnut, along with a steak sandwich and a coffee. Every bite was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The cozy setting made it feel like the perfect place to unwind, and I loved sitting by the window, watching the world go by. I’ll definitely be back—keep up the fantastic work!

This is the perfect example of what a great bakery should be! Their bread is delicious, all their pastries are freshly baked, meticulously prepared, and have a vast variety for everyone. Their hot table has delicious food! From sandwiches, pizzas, salads, to pasta, roasted chicken and lasagna. Just something for anyone! The older ladies working there are also very friendly and welcoming. And place is very clean. One of the best bakeries in Toronto for sure!

The food is ok, the fresh paninis from the deli is to die for but most importantly I am giving this 5 star for their gelato. They serve real gelato and the pistachio flavour is out of this world. They are rich, creamy, more dense than ice cream and no trace of artificial flavouring. I drove 1.2 hours to get the gelato. That’s how good it is. The confectionary corner and all the various tarts and cannolis are pretty good too.

Stopped by Tre Mari on the weekend for a comforting coffee and lunch. The hot food section here is traditional and delicious looking. We tried the veggie plate where we have the choice of three dishes. We had the rice ball (with cheese), roasted peppers and the mushrooms. Everything was delicious. Coffee here is great too. The nice part about this bakery is the variety of food available that seems fresh and the bright and welcoming space for a weekend lunch. This is a neighborhood spot I will likely return to often.

Oh my god. I had shared a photo of a cake i wanted for my engagement party and man did they deliver. Chocolate mousse and light sponge inside. Buttercream outside. The design was the SAME. The cake was beautiful and delicious and at a great reasonable price! I would recommend them again and again :) thank you so much.

On my recent trip to Toronto, I discovered Tre Mari Bakery, and I'm so glad I found this gem of a spot in Little Italy area. From talking to others I learned this family-owned gem has been a beloved part of the community since the 1960s, and it's easy to see why as I indulged in things. Staff is friendly and seem happy to be here. Also, seating facing the road with large glass windows is great for a curious people watcher like me :) The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The array of sweets on display was irresistible with so many cannoli options. I couldn't leave without trying the ricotta cannoli and spritz, and they did not disappoint - light, creamy, and great all around. I paired my pastry with a shot of espresso which was much needed. Good quality espresso for sure. Tre Mari also offers a variety of hot, cooked meals. I decided to try their veal and mushrooms with pasta on my second visit, and it was like a homemade meal - hearty, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The veal was very impressive, bursting with flavor and the mushrooms were a great addition. Even as a first-time two time visitor, I felt like I was part of something special. Tre Mari Bakery is more than just a place to grab a bite; it's a place where tradition, quality, and community come together. If you're ever in Toronto, this bakery is a must-visit. Make sure you have this gem of a spot on your list!

We had a wonderful time and the prices are great. Wonderful traditional Italian desserts and treats. My mom loved her capuccino. She also enjoyed her takeout desserts. Plus I bought some Italian green olives in a bottle and really enjoyed them later. Thank you!

Smashing IT! Epic. 🇮🇹 It is always a pleasure to stop by and enjoy this beautiful bakery. The hot table, the pastries, the cold cuts/cheeses, the coffee are perfection! The staff are friendly and very kind. It's still one of the last old world vibe kind of a place where everyone comes together to enjoy a moment, without staring at cell phones, to just enjoy some great eats over some amazing coffee!
