Trattoria Timone Ristorante

Fantastic meal for our date night. The restaurant was very busy but service was quick and our waiter was very attentive. We enjoyed calamari, pasta, pizza, and gelato for dessert — all gluten free! Looking forward to our next visit already.

Food was really good. Deducting one star because portion size was a bit small. Ordered garlic bread and it was literally a slice of a French baguette not even a half a baguette for $3. Other than that everything was good really enjoyed the sauce for the lobster pasta. The pasta was Super Fresh really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place

Booked well in advance to have a great dinner experience. The vibe was great, loved the ambience. We went on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was full. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Food was great! They even got us a surprise cake for my partners birthday upon writing them a request on Open Table while booking. Wonderful experience.

Came here on a Wednesday evening and I was surprised to see how busy it was! Since it was busy, the service was a little slow. We ordered the following items: 1) Grilled Calamari - this was absolutely delicious and would 100% order again next time I visit. 2) Bruschetta - VERY tasty. 3) Lobster Ravioli - this dish was extremely disappointing due to both the taste and portion size. I would not order this again as I’ve had better elsewhere. 4) Tomahawk Steak - this comes with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, broccoli and beets. This steak was cooked to perfection and was very delicious. However it was an extremely special occasion which is why this was ordered. I would definitely eat here again!

The reviews didn’t disappoint. We went there for the first time and had high expectations based on the reviews. We really enjoyed the whole experience. The service is very good, as well as the food and the atmosphere. We had the veal and lobster and the pizza with mushroom and meat it was delicious and our waiter Silvia was very nice and made sure everything was going well. She was also very nice to our daughter. We will definitely go back frequently.

The food was very delicious, and our server was very good. He remembered our orders without writing anything down and our water glasses were consistently topped up, and we left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

The staff was attentive, efficient, and made sure our experience was seamless despite how busy it was. I had the lobster ravioli, and it was absolutely divine! The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the rich, creamy filling paired beautifully with the sauce. It’s a dish that’s both comforting and indulgent—definitely a standout on their menu. The atmosphere was warm and festive, perfect for our holiday gathering. Trattoria Timone continues to impress with its blend of excellent food, exceptional service, and inviting ambiance. It’s a gem in Oakville, and I can’t wait for my next visit! Highly recommend for both intimate dinners and special occasions!
