tone for the evening, which only went downhill from there. The service was horrendous. Cups were never refilled with water, and no water jugs were provided for us to refill them ourselves. Asked for salt and pepper numerous times to no avail. It felt like we were being ignored despite having a large group and what should have been a celebratory atmosphere. Charging for old and stale bread is always a bad sign, and unfortunately, this place does exactly that. I ordered the saffron rice risotto, which was an absolute disgrace. The portion was shockingly small – barely two teaspoons of risotto. For such a high price, this was unacceptable. Many in our group faced similar issues with portion sizes, and since we were unaware the portions would be so small, we couldn’t order more food due to the early cut-off. It was humiliating to sit at a $750 table where people were still hungry. Adding insult to injury, a 20% tip was automatically imposed on the bill despite the abysmal service. Had we been informed of the portion sizes, we would have needed to order 2-3 dishes per person, which would have driven the bill to over $2,000 for food that didn’t justify the price. This was an outrageous experience – overpriced, poorly managed, and lacking even the basics of good hospitality.

Went for a dinner with family, was going for the L'Ossobuco as it look so good and huge on social media. But disappointingly, all we got was a thin piece of veal.

This amazing restaurant is situated in the heart of the city, in one of the most prestigious areas. The ambiance is both fancy and cozy, making it a perfect dining spot. Our waitress was exceptional—not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu, which enhanced our experience. The food was exquisite; the New Zealand venison was unforgettable, and the 40-egg pasta was both filling and delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience something extraordinary!

Been here three times. First time got the fish risotto and while it tasted very good the fish piece was tiny. Second time was a good experience. Third time got a different risotto but it was not cooked enough and the rice was powdery.

10/10 service always. The staff is great and diverse. Food is always phenomenal, especially the pastas.

The space feels like the perfect blend of intimate and spacious. It’s fairly dim inside (mostly taking in natural day lighting from the north-facing windows), and feels like the dining room is tucked away from the hustle of Bay St. just outside. The decor is elegant and refined, but warm and not pretentious. Our server greeted us as soon as we sat at our table and brought some water. I tried the Don Vittorio cocktail. It tasted well balanced, not too sweet, with a nice smokiness from the mezcal. I had the Tagliatelle Con Ragù Di Coniglio for my main. The pasta was cooked al dente. At first, the dish tasted a bit restrained/ bland. The saltiness kind of grew on me as I kept eating. I think it left me a bit hungry still in terms of the portion as well. Overall, my experience here was pretty good and I’d come back myself to try their other dishes and drinks.

We went for the holidays dinner special and it was great! I was worried the portions would be smaller but it was all very filling. They mains and drinks were very tasty! The portion for the carne cruda was amazing, flavour was a bit flat though. They also have me more crackers :).

I will give 5 stars as the service was great. The manager Kabir helped me with immense service - solving difficult situations show and demonstrate customer service and care. The food is good, somewhat over priced for what you get but it is an Eataly restaurant so it is expected. The Saffron Risotto was very well prepared - just like in Milan! Deserts were good.
