Touro Brazilian Steak House & Wine - Richmond Hill

Very Disappointed! I will never go back to and not recommending Touro to anyone anymore! Quality of all the food and the meet was so poor. Steaks had lots of hard fatty tissues in between , mainly served rare ( no other options given) and served in an extremely small and thin portions. Steaks were not being served in a timely manner and there was a long gap between each serving. The server was rushing to end our dinner which in the middle of the food she mentioned that only 20 slices of the cake left and whether we like her to bring before finished! We didn’t realize she is trying to end our so called “ food session” - not the New Year Family Dinner (which we spent approx $1400 ). They didn’t mention anything about 2 hrs window limit by the time of reservation and they started collecting our unfinished food, drinks and started cleaning our table without any notice! Also they kept skipping my little daughter’s turn and I had to keep asking them to serve her too. Whatever they served her with, were just a tiny slices of uncooked or burnt fat. When I asked to bring her sausage too ( which they skipped to serve half of our table) , they even didn’t care ! They hey charged her $45 for nothing! The performance was about 10-15 minutes long at the very end ! By the time of reservation price was told $70 , by the time of confirmation they increased the price to $90!

Disappointing New Year’s Eve Experience at Richmond Hill location. This wasn’t my first time dining at this restaurant, but the quality has consistently declined with each visit. Unfortunately, the New Year’s Eve experience was the worst yet. The food was disappointing in both quality and quantity. Steaks were full of fat, served rare without being asked, and the portions were extremely small. Worse still, some seats at the same table were skipped during service often! The service was also poor. My coffee was taken away while it was still hot and half-full, without even notifying me, simply because the 2-hour seating window was ending. To top it off, the performers arrived just 10 minutes before the event concluded. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience—also overpriced for the poor food. While our host and the show were good, (Sincerely appreciate our host as she accommodated our request to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and did her best to make it special), the management and policy clearly need to be revised to ensure high-quality service.

I'll give it 4.8/5.0 Better than the similar one in Niagara Falls, and this one is new open and everything seems new and clean compare to the one at Eglinton. This steaks are almost perfect in terms of quality, taste and the way it grilled. Salad bar is fresh and very good choice of selections. The only thing I will critique is the music is a bit too loud. This is one of my most favorite and often visit restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Came here with some friends and it was my first time experiencing AYCE Brazilian streak house. There's a decent selection of appetizers and drinks on the menu. There wasn't any menu for the different type of meats that would come out to be served. The servers basically walk up to your table and tell you what kind of meat it is and serve you on the spot. I would definitely recommend the asiago mac and cheese and Brazilian cheese bread for appetizers. Most of cuts of meat that came out was moist and juicy. There were maybe like 2 of them that was kinda tough and dry. You end up eating so much meat, they kind of tastes the same and blend in together. They also serve chicken and shrimp apart from the meats. The cinnamon pineapple was so good. I had like 5 pieces. I wished they had more variety of desserts other than just the pineapple. Overall it was a fun experience and the servers were fantastic but for the price point of $100 with tax and tips in, I probably won't do it again. You also have a timed seating limit so when the place is super busy, they remind you in a nice way to leave lol.

It’s been so hard to make a call reservations coz their line is always busy or no one answering. I know I can do online reservations but I want to check what’s on the buffet table as well. And I finally able to make a reservation after calling 10 times in 2 days. The whole experience was average, our server isn’t that attentive, most of the time he was chatting with other server in the far corner… other food servers are ok, I don’t know their routine, but it doesn’t looks like all of them check in every table before they go back to kitchen. So we have to keep an eye on food we want. I’m not sure do we need to raise our hands to wave them over, but I remember it is unnecessary coz I’ve been here twice before the covid, ppl were much more attentive than this time. The overall experience is average,not really bad, but not what I expected from a steakhouse restaurant.

My friend recommended this restaurant to me, and we went there together. It was my first experience at a Brazilian restaurant. I had heard about Brazilian BBQ before, and finally, I got to try it here. The steaks were varied and very delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dessert table and garlic bread were exceptional and complete. The ambiance is nice and calm, but the restaurant is really cold 🥶. The prices are a bit high considering it's a buffet, but it's worth it, especially if you have guests; this place is the best choice. 👍🏼 Definitely, definitely try the grilled pineapple—it’s amazing! 🤤

I visited with the hope of enjoying a diverse and flavourful array of meats, but I was left disappointed. The salad bar was rather uninspired, offering the usual fare with nothing particularly special to set it apart. The meat selection was where my disappointment truly set in. For the $80 price point, I expected a wider variety of cuts and flavours. Instead, I found myself repeatedly offered common selections like top sirloin and steak. There were no exotic or unique options to be found, which left the meal feeling quite monotonous. It's possible that the selection is more varied on weekends, but on my visit, it was lacking. The side dishes did little to elevate the meal. They were largely forgettable, except for the seafood "stew," which was a surprising highlight with its rich and satisfying flavour. The service, on the other hand, was commendable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made an effort to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn't fully compensate for the underwhelming food. In summary, while the service at Touro was warm and professional, the food did not live up to the high expectations or the price. For those seeking an authentic or memorable Brazilian steakhouse experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. kellychan360

We were welcomed by a very friendly host. Steak selection was great and flavourful. Caesar was a great server and gave us a warm surprise for our anniversary celebration. Wide range of side dishes bar. The atmosphere is very good.
