Late night bowl after the movies. Attentive service, excellent broth. Can’t wait to return.

Winter season calls for a warm bowl of creamy ramen, a plate of veggie gyozas, and a Sapporo beer at Touhenboku Ramen :) Decided to stop by this ramen spot while walking on Queen West. The food was delicious; I especially enjoyed the creamy mushroom ramen broth and veggie gyoza. The gyoza was part of a deal with one app and a pint of Sapporo for 14.99 ^^ The atmosphere inside was super Christmasy! The staff were all friendly and attentive :) I would come back again!

Cute little ramen place on Queens. The ramen portion was not too big but the meat portion was pretty great. Both the noodles and the soup tasted great. The staff was friendly and I had a great time. The spicy ramen was actually spicy and had a good flavor too!

Came here after a Jays game. I got the miso ramen. I thought the broth wasn't very good. Almost watered down a bit. The pork was also meh. For $20+ it really wasn't worth it.

Touhenboku Ramen is hands down the best ramen spot I’ve found in Toronto, and I’ve tried many! Their creamy vegetarian ramen with a subtle mushroom flavor is unbeatable—rich, flavorful, and comforting in every bite. I used to frequent their Eglinton and Yonge location, but since it closed, I happily make the trip downtown just to enjoy it again. If you’re a ramen lover, you must visit Touhenboku, believe me, we will love it too.

We discovered this ramen 🍜 spot via Google Maps and decided to give it a try based on its 4.2-star rating. We were not disappointed. Despite the crowd, the service was excellent; our server 👨‍🍳checked on us twice to ensure we had everything we needed. This Japanese 🇯🇵 restaurant truly made our day after a long walk—we were starving, and the food 🥘 was exactly what we wanted: delicious and satisfying. I had the pork and 🍚 , while my wife enjoyed the pork ramen 🍜 with egg. We also shared an octopus 🐙 meatball appetizer, which was equally delicious. I highly recommend this place—the food is outstanding, and the staff is kind and polite. Our total came to $68, including tips, for two main dishes, one appetizer, and a Sapporo beer 🍺.

I hate to give bad reviews, because I understand that restaurants are doing their best. To preface: I’ve eaten here before and had the exact same order - the special spicy pork ramen with a side of gyoza. It was fine. However, this time around the broth tasted (quite literally) like water. 4 of my fellow patrons also had the same order and definitely agree. 1 star for the food because of this. For the atmosphere, they unfortunately couldn’t turn the ceiling fans off. I understand if rules are rules - feedback for the restaurant: it’s way too cold in here. Overall, not great. I will not be coming back again until they address these issues. Your mileage may vary! Best, Kalil Magtoto @kalilsm

Great options but I was a little disappointed with the spice level of the spicy ramen. The gyoza had a nice crust on one side but could have used a different dipping sauce for them. Overall it was good food and will probably be back the next time I’m in Toronto.
