The food is delicious and authentic. Big portions with reasonable prices. Love their “tostadas de chicharron (pork)”. Friendly and helpful staff.

There’s so much potential here. The quantity of meat in the torta was amazing and the sauce was delicious but ALL food needs salt. I didn’t love the price, I’ve tried every Mexican restaurant in the area and there are other places that are cheaper and VERY good, however, they don’t have tortas ahogadas 🤷🏽♀️

The place was crowded all times, and the torta ($17) was flavorful with a nice balance of spicy and sweet sauce, and the meat was solid quality. The only downside was the bread—it was a bit chewy, though I understand it's hard to find good birote salado bread here in Toronto. The tacos ($6.5) are just good (nothing special) and they have Shrimp tortas as well ($19)

A authentic Mexican restaurant serving delicious and simple food. They have variations of pork, tripe, shrimp and pork tounge tortas (sandwiches), tostadas, and hard shell tacos. Servers were friemdly. The food is assembled at counter in the middle of the restaurant. There is in door dining.
