I was really looking forward to adding this place to my hole in the wall hidden gem category but unfortunately their veal parmigiana did not deliver. I found it to be bitter. Staff was friendly but I would not try it again.

Ordered the meatball sandwich. Same meatballs as the $10 bag from No Frills, soggy bun. Lasagna tasted off, caked in sauce, maybe to hide the bad taste. This is the 2nd time I ordered. 1st time was a horrible pizza. Gave them a 2nd chance. Never again. The meal was cooked, and delivered very fast. Makes me think it was microwaved. I 100% do not recommend.

******HONEST REVIEW Ordered their veal sandwich and pizza: 1. The pizza is terrible for todays standard. It’s all focaccia type dough with barely to no cheese, a tiny splash of sauce and a couple of pepperoni slices. 2. Veal sandwich: the size of it is large however the veal is paper thin and the breading looks as if it’s double breaded/coated. Conclusion: if you like a lot of bread and breading then it’s ok 2/5. If you want a proper pizza or taste some veal then Don’t eat here. Overall very disappointing 😭

This place is amazing!!!! I discovered it when I was doing a course nearby, and thank God for that course. Tony and Nick's is delicious and so reasonably priced. You can walk in and spend $10 and have a full meal. It's totally unassuming but definitely a gem of Toronto.

Me and my girlfriend went here to try the sandwiches, I got the veal and her the eggplant. They were very good, I absolutely loved the veal perfectly crispy and saucy. The portion size was also quite large, enough for honestly two meals for my gf. Love it would recommend.

Very underwhelming veal sandwiches. Not worth the price unfortunately! Price on phone is x. Arrive to pick up and its xy. Hot is not hot at all! Medium is not medium at all! Where are the onions I ordered? Only a tiny bit of pepper on corner of each sandwich. Barely any sauce (that my eyes can see) in ALL sandwiches. My daughter who loves veals, wouldn’t touch it. Disappointing Family Day meal…If you want a flavourless, flat and dry veal, then this is your place. Sad to report.

I got the regular panzerotti and was extremely disappointed. I cut it in half only to find the one side was completely empty and the other had barely anything in it. Tasted like cardboard. Poor quality food. I am all for supporting small businesses and thought I would check them out, but I will definitely not be back.

Food quality is very low. Chicken cutlet is deep fried, frozen and microwaved to serve. Meatballs also seem frozen. Food is very oily and pizza was not great although it does look good. I was going to compliment the price but for this quality it is too high. Will not be returning.
