The four star ratings are credited to the manager Ken. He’s such a sweet heart that we would go back just because of his dedicated services. The waiting time, the food varieties, food quality, and the actress were all disappointing in the beginning. But Ken, a very nice manager who originally came from Singapore offered a true 5 star hotel service! He listened to our feedbacks carefully! He took actions right away to make the customers happier! Ritz Carlton is lucky to have Ken working here! If it’s not him, the rating would be much lower!

One thing that stood out was every dish was made to perfection. Everything tasted amazing and service was incredible. The portions are a bit on the smaller size considering the price. The ambience was amazing as was the service. The truffle mushroom pasta was a big hit with our group.

I visited for breakfast and had an absolutely wonderful experience! We ordered the Canadian Breakfast and the Benedict, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and unique. The hollandaise sauce had a fantastic flavor, and the pancakes were delicious and perfectly filling. What truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Rayan. He was incredibly kind and attentive, paying attention to every detail and making sure we felt well cared for. His outstanding service was the highlight of our day, and I can’t express how amazing he was. The atmosphere was calm and beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed breakfast. We will definitely be back, especially to see Rayan again!

Brunch at Toca is the best in the city! Every dish was magnificent. The steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare. The eggs benedict were great with very crispy hash browns. The pancakes were so fluffy and delicious. Raiyan was our server and he was very attentive. I never had to ask for a refill because he was always on top of it. Very knowledgeable of the menu and was kind and helpful. I honestly can't stop thinking of that steak. It was so delicious. I'm definitely coming back!!! Cheers!!! 🥂

We had a booth in view of the kitchen and the restaurant ambiance was calm and very much so enjoyable. I loved every dish I had. The beef tartare was comparable to what I’ve had at Michelin restaurants. The pasta was amazing. I only wish they had sweeter options for cocktails. The service was excellent. Had a great birthday dinner.

Ali is an incredible waiter. I was at the ritz a week and one night after a long day all I wanted was something off menu, spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino. The chef agreed and proceeded to nail it. It's so hard to find this simple dosh done right in the city...and yet, I was eating the perfect rendition of it, it was exactly what I wanted. The next time I went I tried the carbonara, same...perfectly executed, crispy and yet juicy guanciale, the egg sauce was perfect, creamy and just the right amount of peppercorn. This chef nailed it, Ali the waiter is so accommodating and loves what he does. I loved this restaurant and I suggest you give it a try.

Went for dinner with friends for Winterlicious (prix fix menu). Knew the price before hand and the menu looked great. So was expecting an amazing experience. Staff was great. Friendly and attentive. Overall vibe of the place is upscale hotel restaurant. No windows...nice tables, etc but nothing special. Food was ok. Waiter advised portions would be small due to prix fix menu, but they were more than enough. Food was good,. Starter (Calamari) could have come from any pub/restaurant. Cheese board was tasty. Main was ok and desert was great. Overall impression, you are paying a premium for the location and if you are looking for a special location there are better options in the city (CN Tower, Canoe, etc). As for the food there are better Italian restaurants in the city. Glad I went. If someone invited me and was paying I would go again. I would have given 3.5 stars for the food and overall but you can't. So there you go.

Everything was so good. The staff was very nice, waiter was great to chat with and was very helpful choosing a good and decent priced wine. Went for Valentine’s Day with their prefixed menu and it everything was great. Olive oil and sorbet is the oddest and most delicious thing. Waiter also gave us cookies and chocolate to go to end an already great dinner. I highly highly recommend
