Tito's Kitchen Lasagna Bar Delivery Only

I ordered a veggie lasagna from doordash. These people sent me a chicken lasagna with a note. You greedy folks should have followed the doordash instrucctions and cancelled my order. Not only did you lie about calling and no answer when you hung up 5 seconds after calling. Now I have been arguing with doordash for 2hrs to get my damn money back due to your incompetence. I ordered many times not one time have I ordered meat from your place of business what would make you think you coupd not follow my instructions. Now I'm stuck here 4hrs after my order having to deal with ppl to get my money when this could have been resolved. You are lucky that phone of yours doesn't work. All of this because you wanted to be greedy! --- Post comment below: If you did not intend to steal from me then you would have followed the instructions to cancel the food. Now doordash is stealing my money because of your incompetence. I have emailed you, the only way to resolve this is either you get my money directly or your call doordash to get it back. This is extremely unprofessional and not i do not want any free food from you going forward. You have lost a customer that has ordered many times in the past all because your employee lied about calling me and hung up the phone 5 seconds in. As of right now you are actively stealing from me.

2nd time having the beef lasagna. 1st time was amazing. 2nd time I found a long blond wavy hair in the meat sauce. I share this to say, check your plate before eating. Worst feeling is pulling someone else’s hair out of your mouth with chewing. 😭😭

got the meat lasagna, good flavors for the pasta and the bechamel sauce. the issue was the raw tomatoes flavours in the tomato sauce I don’t think it was cooked nearly enough to cook the tomatoes down, lead to also uncocked big pieces of carrots, no one wants crunchy carrots, and their ragu

Hands down the best Lasagna in the city. Always comes hot even if delivery takes a long time. Perfect mix of creamy cheese and delicious meat. No flavour is overpowering and they work so well together. Just keep coming back.

@mr_voulpez below who starts every review with “now let me tell you”, as if he has clout. You can go to Italy and still not understand what home cooked quality food tastes like. Using that line shows that you really can’t describe the nuances that set great food apart….TITO’S IS QUALITY FOOD, PERIOD!! You can tell they use quality ingredients - -the lasagna pasta was definitely home made, there was NOT an over abundance of salt to compensate for anything, and everything tasted fresh. I had the Meat Lasagna and Tiramisu, both were quite good. The lasagna portion was generous and I enjoyed the style with less tomato sauce and less cheese… the ground beef/bolognese was quality, but I wish there was more of it. The ratio between pasta, bechamel and Bolognese was a bit off IMO - too much bechamel and pasta in relation to the meat. That was really the only thing keeping this from competing with home cooked.

First off I will say that I have been to Italy numerous times and my best friends are Italian.. so I grew up eating and loving Italian food. I don't know if it's because I ordered the lasagna before they closed, but it definitely wasn't anything special. I was hoping this would taste like a really good piece of home made lasagna that I had in Italy or my friend's mom's... But this just tastes like a piece of generic lasagna with no specific memorable quality. I have read the responses from the owner which is what made me want to try this place. Definitely a disappointment based off what I expected.

First time trying this place and ordered through ubereats. Lasagna was really really good!! Very large portions! Also tried their jalapeños poppers and tiramisu- both exceptionally good! We’ll definitely be trying them again, highly recommend!

This lasagna was amazing! Finally, a real lasagna with authentic ragù and homemade béchamel, just like the ones you can find in Europe, especially in Italy. It's a far cry from the places in Toronto that overload their lasagna with random cheeses and skip the béchamel. Hats off to you! My wife and I loved it, and we are quite discerning when it comes to food. Anyone who complains about it must have never experienced proper lasagna before.
